Scheduled tatt for 4 of us around Christmas. Artist apparently had to cancel our appointment which was perfectly fine. The problem is I made a 100.00 deposit. I was told my deposit would be reimbursed. Here we are end of January and no one will return my calls or messages. I've been told it would be sent by check, returned to card, receive a call from management, and I had someone tell me they don't do refunds; they cancelled my appointment. This is unfortunate because when my sister is back in town we will have to find another shop to do the 4 of us.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. My piercing process was easy from booking online, to communicating with piercer before and the appointment went perfectly. My monroe healed quickly and I’m ready for my next one! Thanks Mike!

I got my bellybutton pierced from Lindsey she did such an amazing job!!!!!! Everyone was so welcoming and very friendly, I had an appointment today and they saw me right away , I was in an out !
I will definitely be coming back and I recommend anyone to come here!!!!!!!

Since they changed their name, they claim to have lost all their paperwork. They only have one guy who does piercings who is off Tuesday and Wednesday, but they don't tell you that. I went in there on Tuesday with my daughter to get her earrings resized since it was a new piercing done by Pins and Needles 3 months earlier. The lady in the office tells us that Mike is off and to come back Thursday. She also asks how old my daughter is and I tell her she is 17.
We go back Thursday and then she tells us that i need her birth certificate since they lost the old copy they had on file. which she failed to tell me that on Tuesday.
Would not recommend these careless people to anyone.

Called multiple times in one week to get a simple matching tattoo booked with my mom. Arrived at the shop on time the day of the appointment and was told they had no record of me making said appointment. This was despite taking my $50 deposit over the phone 2 days prior. Here I am 3 weeks later and still cannot get my deposit back despite multiple phone calls to them and promises that the owner would contact me. I’ve tried to give them chances to make this right and all I can do now is have my credit card company dispute the charges. Beautiful shop with great work; I’m shocked at this experience.

I can’t recommend Garrett enough! I was a complete tattoo noob when I came in today, but he really makes you feel comfortable and he went the extra mile with his time to give me an incredibly beautiful tattoo. I gave him a lot of liberty with my design and I couldn’t be happier that I did. He’s an incredible artist with such a distinct style. If there is a face in your design he’s definitely the person you want to go to! Such a good experience!

Danny Black gave me my first tattoo! First of all I was a walk in customer and he offered to do my tattoo anyways. My tattoo turned out better than expected! Danny is extremely skilled in his art and the studio itself is awesome. Also the entire staff is awesome. I fully recommend to check it out!

I've had my cartilage pierced before, and it never healed properly, so I was very careful about doing it again! This place was professional and so thorough! They did exactly what I wanted and it has hardly even hurt compared to my precious piercing. It is healing beautifully. Definitely going back if I ever decide to pierce something else.
