I can’t express enough how absolutely amazing my piercer was I feel so bad but I don’t remember if his name was Mike or Matt or something but bald man with head tattoo- he was an absolute angel. I got my septum pierced and ended up getting extremely dizzy and light headed and he made sure I was in a safe position so I wouldn’t fall and get hurt, got me sparkling water, a lollipop for some sugar, kept insuring me I did a great job (haha obviously I did not; but he was genuinely so so so sweet) they were incredibly kind and professional. All things considered I was in and out (after I was stable of course they made sure I knew there was no rush). But I highly recommend.

i got a nose piercing done by Michael here, he was reassuring and did it quickly. i felt pain but it went away soon enough, looks great and hoping to go back for more :)

I got my daith pierced here and they were so quick and efficient about it. I went back again to get another piercing done but they ran out of the jewelry size to do my piercing. I was bummed out but I really appreciated how they explained to me why it wouldn’t work with the sizes they had. They were very professional about doing it right and making sure it was perfect and I loved that. Very respectful and honest :)

Extremely poor experience with this shop to the point of having no other option that to take them to court. I highly discourage anyone from taking advantage of any deals they may advertise where you have to pay up front as they are not motivated in any way to fulfill their end of the bargain. After a few months I was finally able to talk to an artist but he was not willing to help with a design due to being “extremely busy”. I even adjusted what I wanted so that all that was needed was two minor changes to an already prepared tattoo but he stopped responding. Emails to the shop to rectify the situation did not amount to me being able to get in to see another artist. I eventually asked for a refund of their “deal” and they stopped responding to any emails at all. My money has been stolen. This shop is not worth the hassle. There are plenty of good shops in town, I’d advise you to go elsewhere.

All the staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. It was obvious they enjoyed working with each other. Erik was fantastic!! He did a touch up on my wrist and helped me with making sure my new tattoo was absolutely perfect in the design and location. His knowledge of aftercare made the healing process perfect! Highly recommend!

booked an appointment for a small semicolon tattoo on inside of pinky. completely overcharged, had me pay over $100 for it. was told that the artist i was using originally decided he didn’t want to do it so i was sent to another. i’ve tried to contact him and the shop to schedule it and i can’t get responses or help from anyone! scheduled in february and it’s now april and still no one will answer me. i would highly discourage anyone from using their services
