I got my septum pierced by Mike and he was amazing! Such a cool dude, very chill, and made me feel very relaxed for the whole process. The front desk was fast and very friendly. All around a great experience. :) Once I decide what to pierce next, I'm definitely going back!

I have gotten one tattoo at the Weber location and couldn’t have been more happy with the result and customer service. I actual was able to get my tattoo before my time slot, and the tattoo discussed was changed right before hand so EGLE was great and worked out a price that worked for both of us. She was funny and personal 10/10.
I went back a few months later for a navel piercing and once again couldn’t be more pleased. Very fast, professional, and awesome. Even called a month after my piercing to check how it was healing…

I got my first tattoo from Charlie Brown after thinking about it for a couple of years. I had a concept in mind which he was able to beautifully translate into the tattoo he drafted. I was afraid the tattoo style (fine line) wouldn't be in his area of expertise but he did an amazing job and I absolutely love the result!! Customer service was on point and I got an appointment within 24 hours. Definitely recommend this tattoo shop!

I’ve gotten several tattoos from here and they are of great quality. However I had an virtual consultation
set for 5:45pm today and it is now 6:26pm. I have received no email, no call, I’ve called the local studio 4 times and spent a collective 20 minutes on hold. As well as calling the main number in Denver, no answer. It’s really unfortunate because I love their work but I’ve been sitting here for 40 minutes past my appointment with absolutely zero communication. Like I said, I love the work I’ve had done from Certified Tattoo but their booking department is very disorganized.

Got tatted with Egle Marie BEFORE it was this certified tattoos when it was the great pens and needles. She’s incredible. Her work & personality are amazing. I live in Kansas and I drove to Colorado to get work done from her. I have tried 3 times now to try to get in with her for more work done & it’s so freaking complicated. You have to schedule an appointment online to talk to someone else & then get it scheduled like days away. Used to be last year where you could just call, send them an email of reference photos & deposit. Smooth no hassle. Anyways I never got a call either time. I called back asking if they would & it’s just a mess. Going to Wichita for the rest of the artwork now.

I have an irrational fear of needles but love body art and piercings. I finally decided to get my septum pierced and can say, it didn’t even hurt much. Just a pinch! However, my brain freaked out and I almost passed out because my nerves were in overdrive. Mike Velazquez took incredible care of me. He treated me like a friend, held my hair when I thought I was going to vomit (I didn’t 😂) and got me some sugar while my body reset. Also, the receptionists at the front were super welcoming and caring. I will go to mike for any piercing in the future and recommend him to everyone!

Wow, this place was great. I called around 2pm and was kindly jnvited to come in at 430pm. Everything I should expect was given to me over the phone so I was ready. When we arrived my daughter and I immediately noticed how clean and nice this place is. It took 3 minutes to complete my paperwork and Mike was ready for us. He was so friendly and explained everything to us. Mike recognized my daughter was nervous and did a great job keeping her calm! I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Mike and team.
Just a plug, we accidentally walked in to the tattoo shop above and it was amazing! I don't have tattoos, but I love art and it was vibin. Also, was very clean and the team was so friendly and directed me back downstairs to the piercing shop.

My sister and I went to get our ears pierced. I originally wanted three forward helixes, but Lindsey (the piercer) informed me that it wouldn't heal correctly based on my anatomy. She gave her opinion on what would look good and I'm absolutely obsessed with the final decision of a flat and two helixes. They were very supportive and made sure we were comfortable!
