The people here are awesome and so friendly! They're very thoughtful and take care of you. I came here for my first tattoo and it was a better experience than I was expecting. Jesus, "Dotted Lines", did my tattoo and he is amazing! He makes sure you are very comfortable and he does amazing work! The details in my tattoo are fantastic and I've gotten so many compliments on how beautiful it is. Thanks guys for being amazing!

Went to Colorado Springs location for my first ear piercing. Had Mike, he was very chill and professional, barely felt a thing!

$65 for a piercing and any jewelry that looks half nice is $90. I paid $154 + $10 tip for a piercing and they didnβt even have cleaning solution. Itβs a clean nice building and the piercer was nice but save your money and go somewhere else. My daughterβs went to Living Art (literally no different for the experience) for their piercings and paid 1/4 of the price and actually got what youβre supposed to for care after a piercing. I wanted to give a 1 but donβt want to hurt their rating. Total rip off. Iβve also been bleeding and neither of my girls did for their nose. That may not be there fault but my body- idk. Arrogant/Superior energy in the building that doesnβt match up to experience.

Literally just got my piercing done an hour ago and am so happy with my experience that I had to leave a review! Mike did my nose piercing and he was so fast and helped ease my nerves! Thank you thank you!!

I called at 4pm to see if they had a piercer available and they told me yes. I asked if the piercer was accepting walk-ins and they said βyes till 6pm.β I told them I am on my way. I show up at 5:15pm and they told me the piercer left for the day. BAD BUSINESS, WASTE OF TIME AND GAS. I highly recommend you go to actual professionals who value their customers

Dallas was wonderful. Didnβt have an appointment but they fit me in right away. Would recommend.

I was supposed to get a tattoo and a touchup here, and I put down a $200 deposit on that work. Then the day before my appointment, they texted me to tell me that the artist that I chose to do my tattoo didn't want to do the touchup (which they repeatedly and specifically told me on the phone would be no problem), and they could schedule me with another artist. But I only went to Certified in the first place for Egle, so I didn't want to do that, and I asked for my deposit back. They refused. And because of their "policy" they're allowed to change your artist whenever they want for any reason and you don't get your deposit back. Imagine an art gallery with a policy that said they can substitute art from a different artist after you've purchased it. I was blown away to see a policy like that, completely unheard of at any other shop I've been to. Certified Tattoo inhereted a great Google rating and a group of phenomenal artists when they acquired Pens and Needles, but they're quickly running it into the ground. Egle, the artist I was here for and one of their best artists, has jumped ship for another shop in town. I've heard other artists are leaving too. Hopefully you clicked through to the reviews and saw the recent 1 stars like this one. I made the mistake of trusting their high overall rating, and I've now lost $200 because with their policy I can't even dispute the charge.

I got my first tattoo from Mandi Doom at Pens and Needles; the entire experience was incredible. Mandi is amazing; I couldn't be more happy with my tattoo. The shop is clean, the staff friendly and professional, and the artwork is absolutely the best. Prices were very reasonable (especially considering the military discount). I recommend Pens and Needles for anyone looking for a great tattoo (and I recommend using Saniderm, healing up was almost too easy.)

Recently had a 3/4 sleeve done at Pens and Needles on Weber by Joey. Overall experience was great. Everything about the shop is clean, comfortable and professional. Joey did a fantastic job of creating what I was after. I'm very happy with the end result. Definitely recommend that anyone considering getting a tattoo stop in and see him.
