Great place to get work done! I’ve had piercings and tattoos done at this location and it is always clean and the staff is friendly. Morgan has always done a fantastic job and is especially caring now with the new covid restrictions. Highly recommend!

In and out for spiderbite piercings in about 30 minutes, and they gave me all the info needed to take care of them during the healing process. Will be returning for future piercings.

I liked this place so much more when it was pens and needles. I loved pens and needles for tattoos. Been here for most of my tattoos.
Certified tattoo makes it almost impossible to book an appointment. Made a consultation appointment three times and I got the confirmation emails but they didn’t call me twice. Last time they finally called me and said that another booking agent would reach out to me, and they never did. It used to be so easy to book an appointment.
Pens and needles gets a 5/5, but now certified gets a 1/5.

I got a tattoo by Jacquelyn and I absolutely love it! It was a lot of detailed work and she took the time to be sweet and really nice and caring and she did my tattoo and it looked just like the picture! I'm definitely coming back to see her! 😊😁 Best tattoo I've ever gotten!

Mike is a cool, calm and collective guy. I’m visiting from out of state and wanted some piercings for my birthday! I went in for a tongue piercing and also decided on getting my VCH done. Both of which are tender piercings. I’ve had my tongue pierced 2 times prior and he was able to work around the previous scar tissue which was great!! My VCH was a quick and seamless process too. He verbalized everything and guided me through the process of both.
10/10 would recommend to anyone.
The ONLY downsize was I wasn’t expecting to pay $400 for two piercings. But it is what it is. The price you pay for nice private jewelry that’s done safely can’t be beat. But I’d definitely contact them for accurate pricing as there isn’t a pricing guide on the website.
I thought I tipped Mike on cashapp. But I just realized I never sent it through whenever I was paying at the shop! Sorry! I don’t remember the cashapp name either!

I got my first ear piercings and everything went very smoothly! They were super patient with my hundreds of questions and walked me through the whole process. Very clean and sanitary, and I felt safe and comfortable my entire visit.

Got my first piercings on the earlobes here. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, calming and patient. Mike adjusted where the piercings should go on my earlobes four or five times to make sure they are perfect. He was also nice and humorous which helped me calm my nerves.
There aren’t a lot of earrings to choose from but all are titanium and great quality. They also call you to follow up on how you’re doing around 4 weeks after your piercings which is really helpful and thoughtful. Overall an awesome experience and will likely get more piercings from them in the future.

Absolutely amazing experiences with this place. Very helpful and cool people, immaculately clean, and great jewelry selection. I had my septum done by mike and he was so encouraging while I was nervous; he pierced it beautifully and gave me a soda after. totally let me take my time. 10/10 would recommend
