Janelle is EXTREMELY talented. Rockwell is lucky to have her! She did my first tattoo and made me feel so comfortable and was great to work with. Not only is her art incredible but the conversation with her was so much fun, which is an often overlooked aspect of getting a tattoo. She is down to earth and I would recommend her to anyone. Cannot wait to go back to Rockwell for my next tattoo.

I have been getting tattooed for over 15 years and I always suggest researching your artist but for the Starkweather Tattoo Collective artists, I really recommend checking out some of their Instagram profiles: wolf.drawn ichasebadgers sebeca.tattoo …etc.
I just started a ½ sleeve with wolf.drawn and she was awesome to work with for collaborating my idea as she listened to what I wanted and her design blew away all expectations and can’t wait to finish!

Had a great experience with Coltron at Starkweather Tattoo. The space was clean, all the staff were attentive and professional and the tattoo quality was great! My partner and I got custom/personal handwriting which looks exactly as it should. Really great experience!

I got a tattoo from Janelle in memory of my dog that passed. I saw Janelle on InkMaster, she is located in my favorite city - Madison, WI, and loves doing dog portraits! My late dog was named after the city of Madison in Wisconsin. Janelle went above and beyond on my memorial tattoo!! My tattoo looks exactly like my dog!! She was very easy to chat with during the process and let me take breaks when the tattoo felt a little less than desirable to me! I have already spoken to Janelle about booking my next tattoo from her! I tell everyone to book with her regardless of where they live!
I got my second tattoo from Janelle in May and love it as much as the other one I have from her! I'm already thinking of my next tattoo at Starkweather from Janelle!

A little while ago I had my first tattoo done my Janelle and she did an incredible job!! She is extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My tattoo was very small with a lot of thin lines and still looks beautiful today!! I’d recommend her to anyone!
