I recently added on to one of my existing tattoos and had a great experience. I have always had Ben do my tattoos and have followed him from previous shops. This was my first time being in Short North Tattoo and I was very pleased. It was a relaxing environment and everyone was helpful. I would recommend this shop, and Ben, to anyone!

Ben is the best. From big to small tattoos I trust him with everything. I mind for detail. He will provide advice and honesty if a tattoo will not work or a location won't work for a certain design. He explains everything so clearly it gives you even more confidence in is work. The shop itself is clean and a cool rustic look.

I have been going to Matt for tattoos for the last few years and I know I can expect great work, a clean space, and an awesome atmosphere each time. His calendar is usually full so you canβt expect a next day tattoo, but he is worth the wait. And personally, I wouldnβt trust an artist with an open schedule anyway. If you want quality work, book with the artists at Sero.

Artist Jay Blevins has done all of my current tattoos and has made me his customer for life. Such a fun, professional, and casual environment. The artists are all very friendly and the studio is very sanitary and inviting. Highly recommend Sero Tattoo Collective!

Outstanding professionalism. Our artist Ben is very knowledgeable with scar tattooing. Great atmosphere and accommodating business. Would give higher βstar rating if available. Definitely returning to get more work done.

I think everything about this place from the art on the walls to the art on the people is amazing. If never beeing around people so knowledgeable about tattoos. They won't hesitate to finish up any ideas you may have :-). And help you with placement and size. Definitely check them out down there. Some great artist. My boy Ben Chambers short is fantastic :-). Can't say enough

Our experience there was great! A friend and I wanted some script, small and simple. We had just checked out another place on high street and they told us it would have to be big and a couple hundred dollars (which is crazy, because both of us have tattoos and we know better). So we went ahead and checked out the Short North Tattoo. We met with Ben, and he did everything perfectly and was a great guy! Very personal, we even walked in at around 7:40 pm, twenty minutes before closing, and offered to come back another day, but he wanted to stay and help! It was really great, and both of us love our little script tattoos. I also felt the price he gave us was decent considering the circumstances! Definitely recommending this place for Columbus shops!

If you need some ink therapy, this is the place to go. Its located in beautiful Clintonville. Parking is easy and its in a really cool building. The shop is amazingly clean and is following all covid safety precautions via social distancing, masks and plenty of sanitizer around the shop. It's very open with lots of cool art to look at on the walls etc. They have a warm and comfortable consultation area and the staff are all top notch, friendly and talented artists. Miller has been doing work on me for some time and I can always count on professionalism, a warm smile and lots of laughs. I seriously call him my therapist lol. Pricing is very fair for the amazing work they do. The shop is big so you do not feel crowded and the work stations are very private, comfortable and cozy and they always play awesome tunes when I am there! You guys rock Sero!!!

Iβve been getting tattooed at Short North Tattoo since the beginning of the year. Iβve been tattooed by Jarrett Ward and Eli Ling on numerous occasions. This shop is my number 1 recommendation. Both of these guys are very versatile tattooers and will give you the best tattoo possible, theyβre both very professional, they care about the tattoo they do on you just as much as you care. Great tattooers, even better people.

I called in the morning to see if I could just walk in for a very simple tattoo and the man I talked to said that was absolutely fine. He was very nice. So, I walked in and spoke to one of the artists and he was so rude to me while I explained to him what I wanted. He offered no help and acted as though I was ridiculous for thinking they could help show me fonts. One of my other tattoos is just words and we looked at fonts together, so I assumed this was the norm. He then proceeded to quote me a ridiculous price as he rolled his eyes at me. I walked out and immediately called Stained Skin which was more than helpful.
Edit:
I did speak with the shop owner at his request. While he couldn't change my mind about the artist I spoke with- he was authentically apologetic for my experience. I likely won't be a patron of Short North Tattoo because I had such an amazing experience at another shop- but, Matt seemed legitimately concerned for the representation of the business his artist gave. I respect that.
