I had made an appointment and paid in full for a five hour session and was givin an appointment card which my friend kept when the appointment came close seeing as though I did not have possession of the card gave a call to the shop to make certain the time of the appointment they gave me the time and we should up and was told we were an hour late ( they had someone in the chair when we walked in being done up by said artist ) i asked if I'd still have at least the other four hours i had already paid for whether that be rescheduled appointment or otherwise and was informed my slot in its entirety was no longer mine and the 260$ I gave was to be taken and that I was to leave without product or my money there was no understanding of the situation by the owner either after he was made aware of it be wary of this shop misunderstandings are not taken well
