Do not come here for a piercing. The guy doesn’t know what he’s doing. He pierced my nose as a 16g which is too big and he pierced it too low. Really sad but got it fixed down the block at thornside. Their main specialty here is tattoos and definitely not piercings.

My wife got her ears pierced. At first it seemed expensive for what it was, but the lady there was awesome and very friendly, clean, and helpful, and my wife had zero problems afterwards so it ended up totally worth it. Talked to the tattoo artists and they were very helpful and friendly too. Looking forward to getting a tattoo there soon.

Made an appointment with Andy 5 months in advance and put a 100$ deposit down for 10/11. It was scheduled for an all day 8 hr session for a half sleeve I took 3 days off work to let it heal and he had someone call to cancel on me an hour before I went in. I rescheduled for 11/1 at 9AM I go in there and he has another customer scheduled at the same time and tells me to come back at 12. I didn’t and didn’t like the stencil he had drawn up so we rescheduled again for 11/16 at 4PM I took multiple days off work again and they called me around 1PM canceling my appointment for 2PM when it was scheduled for 4PM. They said Andy would call me back the following Tuesday to reschedule and I have still never heard from him.
