Went elsewhere to get a septum piercing and I could tell it wasn’t right. Went to have Steve look at it and he was super nice nice telling me it wasn’t right and had to be removed and could tell me exactly why. He was super knowledgeable and nice. Then quickly pierced my nostril a second time and switched out the jewelry in my other nostril piercing. Super professional. Seen him one other time for a piercing and have decided he will be my permanent piercer.

Hands down the best experience ever. Andy took his time to know what we were asking for, and made sure it go in detail on how to clean and maintain the tattoo after completing it. Very easy to talk to and handled us in a timely manner. Best shop in town.

Steve is the person to go to! Went in for a nose piercing, was very nervous but Steve was super polite, patient and talked to me throughout. Made me feel comfortable and made sure i knew i was in good hands! Will be going back soon. Overall place looked nice, very polite staff. Process was quick and easy

Hostile. Belligerent. Nepotism at its worse.
Made an appointment over half a year ago. Called a couple weeks prior of my appointment to get a design made up.
Called multiple times and emailed. Was told my info was taken down and that they would be on contact. Never got a call back. The email I received was pure incompetency as if the person didn't even read my email or questions.
All I wanted was a design made up a couple weeks in advance as I've waited over a half a year and did not want to dislike the design and have to wait another half a year till the artist was free again.
After calling, I explained to the girl on the phone that I haven't been contacted (Same person I've talked to twice in the prior week without hearing back) After explaining my issue very calming and saying she didn't understand me. She broke down crying and gave the phone to the owner (Her dad).
The owner became very irate and hostile. He was short with me and just unprofessional. The owner insisted I was the problem in the situation and that I was the rude person saying he had contacted me with the right info (It wasn't and i read off the email). To which brought up more belligerence and hostility.
Thankfully I was able to get my deposit back but after waiting over half a year to get no answers. Then getting blamed by an irate and hostile owner.
I would not give these people a dime of your money or your time.
Edit: The lady took my info down and when I expressed that I wasn't contacted to the owner.. The owner stated that they DO NOT do call backs. So what was the point of of doing this?
Have more competent people run your shop.

Absolutely the best place to go for a tattoo!! Andy is amazing and his work is gorgeous!! My daughter goes to toad and he does amazing work as well! Everyone there is so nice and professional and such a fun environment!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!!

Amazing easy going atmosphere. There are amazing artists here and they make sure that you like the styles of the different artists before you choose. They are very honest with can be done and can’t be done... even if they can’t do something they will accommodate to make sure you are happy with your work. I will never go to any other shop!

5 Stars! Toad was very thural in his consultation. Price was reasonable and to be honest, I would of paid double as the work is great! Everyone was so kind and even got me coffee! I've already booked my next one! Thank you guys for being more professional than I've had with other shops!

I absolutely love this shop. I had some work done on my stomach/sternum by Andy. He was friendly, quick, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. All members of the team are extremely talented, if you want a beautiful piece, I highly recommend.

Toad has started my sleeve and he’s done an amazing job. Living art has always treated me nicely and have been understanding especially when I had to constantly change my appt due to pregnancy and then Covid happened. I absolutely love this place.
