I just finished up a Doctor Who sleeve with Jes (4 sessions over 4 months). Words cannot express how amazing it was to work with Jes. I gave him a few general ideas/wants and what he was able to do with those ideas absolutely blows my mind. I am in love with my tattoo!!! The shop is very comfortable, clean and is truly full of amazing artists. You won't find a better shop in this city.
Just visited Iron Quill again at their new location on the West Side and got some work done by Janelle. I could not be more impressed -- Janelle's work is amazing and she is very gentle on the skin. She was able to capture everything that I wanted in my memorial piece and while I was getting tattooed, she kept conversation going and in general, is such a fun person to be around. You won't be disappointed in this shop!

I haven't been able to keep the smile off my face! I came to Iron Quill after hearing from a friend that Andy was the man. This could not be more true as he was really professional to work with and wore his passion for the art on his sleeve. Most importantly the tattoo looks amazing. Even helped me out of a bind with scheduling and did me a huge favor. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone. Thanks Andy!

I had the most AMAZING experience with tattoo artist Brandon Eden. I brought in my logo from my podcast which is a tricky, small lined design and he did beautiful work. The shop has the best vibe as well. It was such a positive experience. I highly recommend Brandon's work and the shop!

It took me a long time to get my 1st tattoo (38 years) as I never knew what to get. When I finally did, I looked and asked around and Iron Quill stood out.
I could write a page about IQ but I doubt anyone would read it, it’s just the best shop. Hands down.
All the artists (Jes, Janelle, Andy, Sogdiana, and Brandon) are amazingly talented and very friendly, as are Amy & Rachel. Plus, they frequently have guest artists from all over come and tattoo.
It feels like a second home for me. I’ve never once thought about going anywhere else for the stunning forever artwork.
All my expectations have been exceeded and keep coming back for more!!!

Issac is amazing! Very talented! My tattoo is beautiful with great detail and crisp lines! He designed beautifully from some pictures and an and idea in my head that I struggled to convey. The shop is super clean and welcoming. (Also it didn't really hurt that bad).
