A Dead Anchor Tattoo & Body Piercing is located downstairs in 1925 Monroe Street, downtown Madison, WI which is walking distance from Camp Randall Stadium. A Dead Anchor Tattoo is by appointment only. The artists here specialize in Tattoo & Piercing procedures including, Piercing Landscaping, Flash Work, Custom Designs, Portrait Work, Cover-ups, and much more. While we strive to bring you the highest standards in tattoos and body piercings procedures we also provide you with a fun-filled relaxing atmosphere. Really nice artists, all approachable and friendly. Offered a free touch up in six months. It is located in the basement of the building. Also you can pet cats upstairs at one of the other businesses, BONUS!

The fact that the ONE employee that was there left 2 hours before the shop was even suppose to close is extremely disappointing. Even if you have nothing scheduled, stay in the shop til closing time. Lost out on multiple people's business, and was rude to someone over messages about it. Wasnt fun to drive 45 mins to get to a dark, closed shop.

They are very professional and willing to talk to you and tell you the truth on whether it's a good idea or not on different ideas you may have. They take their time with each client and are very friendly and hygienic. Great place to go if you're nervous.
