I had high hopes for this place, our consultation blew us away. My husband and I had been looking for a place to go and keep going to as we had quite a few ideas to get done and at 1st we thought we found our spot. We made our appointment after getting a consult with our artist then when we came to the appointment after waiting an hour we were approached by a different artist and we were confused. We then asked and found out we were put on the schedule of the artist we did not meet or get our consultation with. We have kids and a very hectic schedule we had to get a sitter and I rushed from my son's game that my husband missed to make sure one us would be there on time for our appointment. I understand mistakes happen but I am asking for something permanent to be placed on my body I want to be able to trust the office and my artist. Back to the drawing board for us.
