I waiting too many years to have my nose pierced and was very nervous. Emmy was great! I bled alittle more then she expected , but made it seem like it was a normal thing. She was very knowledgeable and she is super cool. Love this place.

Had work done by an artist at another nearby shop, but stopped in later on a Thursday to have my saniderm bandage re-applied by Nikki. Very kind, clean, and approachable shop. Tons of really cool classic/trad designs as well, will be stopping back in for some work in the near future. Excellent customer service and a wonderful member of our local community.

VERY NICE AND CLEAN, VERY BRIGHT ATMOSPHERE..First time here..took my daughter for her belly piercing..EMMY did her piercing and was just phenomenal!! I could not be more happy with this place..and I'll be back for my next tattoo. The lobby is very clean, very bright, music playing..I had to bring my 14 year old autistic son with me and they were even great with him. They turned the music down for him too just to make him feel comfortable...Everyone in there said hello and CHATTED with all of us. I was nervous a little about having to bring my son, but he was great and we were secluded while Emmy did the piercing..theres alot of space you dont see when you walk in, but it goes back pretty far and theres alot of seclusion or spaces for other ppl getting tattoos or piercings..Emmy spent alot of time explaining everything including the procedure and aftercare..She explained everything as she was goin along and my daughter did great!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place for tattoos or piercings..They only accept cash or venmo so you must be prepared to not use a debit card..60 bucks for the piercing and 50 for the titanium belly ring..well worth it for the whole experience..this was my daughter's birthday present and she actually cried after cuz she was so happy! I think Emmy had tears too as she was so happy for my daughter!! Will def be back!! THANK YOU FIRST HAND TATTOO!! YALL MADE THE BEST DAY EVER!! (Parking is a little difficult to find at first but not hard..next entrance right next to the gas station..they have moved so they are now located on Street Rd WARMINSTER..if you call, and have to leave a message as I did, they will call right back!!) 5 STARS for our experience!🙏🏻🤘🤗👍👌💙

I walked in mid- afternoon on a Tuesday to immediate attention. I walked out 30 minutes later with a new piercing. The staff were attentive and informative throughout my experience. I do feel somewhat sorry for my wallet as First Hand is within comfortable walking distance from home. Nothing like some body modification to spice up an afternoon constitutional!

Got my first tattoo here and also a Friday the 13th flash! The atmosphere is chill here and they make you feel so comfortable. You really can't go wrong with any artist when getting a tattoo, they are all great. My friends and I love this shop and are already planning to come back!
