This place won’t let you come in and purchase body jewelry unless you have an appointment and the soonest available is 3 weeks out. They do not advertise this online, drove all the way there and was turned away which was a huge waste of my time.

They were so friendly! I came in to get a lobe piercing that had partially closed re-opened, brought my own jewelry, and they did it all free of charge!

I've gone a couple of times for piercings. Sometimes they are really nice and other times I get a weird vibe from the place. As in I didnt always feel welcomed and kind of makes me want to go elsewhere in the future. I have purchased cute earrings there though.

Knowledgeable staff and fun, clean environment. The piercer was super nice, made it way less of a nervous experience. I'd definitely recommend them but like any other piercing and tat shop be ready to spend money.

Went in last minute looking for a tattoo and happened to have an opening the next way which was awesome. The costumer service was absolutely amazing both with my artist (which was mark) and the lady up front. Mark did such a fantastic job with my tattoo it was far better than anything I was expecting! Would recommend black hole every day of the week!!!

Kyle did my tattoo and I am so happy with how it turned out. He did exactly what I wanted and was so professional the entire time. The quality is absolutely amazing I will definitely be coming back for more tattoos with Kyle!

Went in for a VCH piercing and I was SUPER excited but also really nervous! Rachael did an amazing job of explaining everything to me and making sure I was comfortable. While the piercing itself was obviously going to come with some pain, I feel like she did it so well that it wasn't nearly as painful as it could have been. If you want a genital piercing I highly suggest seeing her based upon my experience!

I got my septum piercing today and the staff was super friendly! Rachael did my piercing and made me feel rly comfortable and explained what was happening every step of the way :P so far my piercing is doing good and overall i had a good experience here :) i would 100% recommend this place :P

I had a tattoo done by Mark on crazy short notice because I'm super impulsive. I picked what I wanted and in less than 2 hours he had it drawn up and I was on the table. I absolutely love it and can't wait to get back up and add to it. I would also highly recommend Mike as well, he's done other work for me and it is hard to choose between the two of them. I've been going here for 10 years now and it is still 100% top notch on all fronts. I love the gals at the front! They are so warm and welcoming and are always checking on me, cracking jokes, and making it an upbeat atmosphere. 10 stars for Black Hole!!!!!!

I brought my 8 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday wish. She was nervous because the last time she had her ears pierced at Claire’s, it was very traumatic and painful. We ended up taking out her earrings and the piercing closed. So we decided to try again at The Black Hole. TBH I wasn’t sure how it would go, but I read the good reviews and hoped for the best. Well, they FAR exceeded my expectations and made my daughter’s birthday wish come true! No tears and anxiety with this piercing thanks to Matteo and the lovely Burr!!! You guys made this Mama so happy because of the huge smile on my daughter’s face when she saw her new sparkly earrings. Thank you all so much!!!
