I had a navel piercing done by Rachael and my partner had their ears pierced, it was the best experience we could have asked for! The piercings came out perfect, and Rachael made sure to get consent for and explain everything she was doing which is comforting regardless of whether you've been pierced a million times (like me) or it's your first piercing (like my partner). If you're especially nervous (or just want an amazing piercing) Rachael is definitely the person to go to!

I got my septum pierced by Colter the other day. It was my first piercing and it couldn’t have gone better. Everything was explained to me beforehand and during the process. Final price was comparable to what was advertised on the website, and communicated to me before the process started. 10/10 for kind, compassionate folks and a clean, sterile environment.

The staff was amazing and the piercing was great! Super welcoming. The only reason I only have 2 stars was because the website prices are not even close to being the end price. I paid more than triple the online amount and I drove 35 min to get the piercing and didn’t want the drive to be a waste of time. I was not happy about it at all but I’m too much of a people pleaser to have said otherwise so I just paid it. So definitely expect to pay way more than the online price

I went in yesterday and Rachael was amazing. I had jewelry stuck in a piercing that I tried to remove myself multiple times and just couldn't. In what felt like 5 seconds, the old jewelry was out and the new was in. Painless and easy, 100% recommend!
