They are nice and the piercing jewelry is cute and high quality, but they changed things up since I last been there by making you pay $25 just to set an appointment, also I called and asked when the piercer would be in the shop to see if I could go in and get a piercing since they are open 12-9pm and they kept telling me he wasn't there yet, so kinda disappointing overall.
