This is a great place to go for tattoos! The owner Dewey Smith is awesome. Everyone who works there is is so talented. The couple Craig & Raye Kelley that do piercings are just both absolutely awesome they will walk you through what they are going to do & answer any questions you have to put your mind at ease. This shop is by far hands down the best around & I highly recommend it if you want a excellent quality tattoo or piercing!!!

Had an appointment at 4 and arrived 15 minutes early. Was greeted at the door immediately. Jason Shaw did my tattoo and he was very professional. Would highly recommend him.

Duane is a local Icon. I would consider him an OG of our time. This man has been an artist inside , and out of tattooing for a very long time. He is everything you need in a tattoo artist. He will morph , and can morph to any style. It’s comforting leaving him in your hands, no matter what you ask for.

I received a tattoo during the Halloween flash sale. I was excited to get one because one of my really good friends goes to Rie and gets all of her work done by her. I normally don’t even leave many reviews because I’m in retail and I know people can complain about things that don’t matter but maybe my review will help provide constructive feedback, and that’s my only goal writing this.
I had made a comment in the beginning about how tattoos weren’t typically my thing and I got a remark back ‘well nobody is forcing you to be here friend’. Right then and there I wanted to walk out of the shop because I don’t appreciate condescending tones when I’m being spoken to, and basically being told I can leave if I wanted to, especially getting a service I’m paying for. My whole goal was to get a cute & cheap tattoo done, specifically to see if Rie would be a good fit to get some bigger pieces done in the future as I’ve been interested in potentially getting more done and want to be comfortable with the person tattooing me.
After already paying for the entire tattoo in the deposit, it would be silly of me to walk out after paying for a service and then not receiving it. I know in my profession, speaking to customers/clients that way isn’t acceptable and I didn’t appreciate it.
I decided to still get the tattoo done and overall it is very cute, but for a simple piece with no shading and just line work it was sloppily done in my opinion. It’s very obvious it was being rushed and you can tell based on the quality.
I had a huge piece done by another tattoo artist quite a few years back that is predominantly line work and it was done amazingly. So I know what a good tattoo looks like.
I should have honestly left after my initial first impression, and that’s my own fault.
I just plan on taking my future projects to someone who will treat me more respectfully and be more patient with me since I’m newer to getting tattoos done.

Chrissy was amazing! I called ahead to ask some questions about a nostril piercing I wanted to get done. She answered all my questions without being condescending or rude. The main lobby/reception and her room area was impeccably clean but inviting. Chrissy talked through absolutely every step of the process and was professional and so nice the entire time. You can tell Chrissy puts a lot of love and energy into what she does and I could not be more happy with my piercing! Probably due in part to my obsessive cleaning and care and mostly due to Chrissy's excellent work and careful guidance (and adorable goodie bag that included a bag of sea-salt and after care instructions!!!) My piercing is healing very nicely with no redness, swelling, weird radioactive goo, or any other scary-ness! I would (and do) recommend Chrissy to anyone who is looking for a kind, empathetic, fun, and most importantly professional experience!

I have been going to eclectic since I was 16 years old. They’ve always been professional and have super reasonable prices. They’re also very clean and private.
Everyone is always super nice, honest and always have nice work. I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve had done here which includes 7 tattoos and 6+ piercings.
They also always have awesome jewelry selections to choose from and the piercers Raye and her husband Craig are super helpful and fun! They will always be my go to shop.

I’ve gotten 3 tattoos from this establishment. All three from the owner Dewey. I got a massive thigh piece that was inspired by Japanese art. Which is absolutely beautiful probably have close to 20 hours of work in it and hardly paid anything even close to what it’s actually worth. Easily a 2,000 dollar piece. I never went to have it completely finished due to personal things that came up in my life but I am more than pleased with it. Hopefully I can come back in soon to have it finished completely. I searched through all the bad reviews and had to laugh at all the hate that was given. If you want a cheap stick and poke tattoo go get one in your garage this isn’t the place for you, if you want good work you’re gonna have to pay for it plain and simple. Had a tattoo on my back done at illustrators and definitely plan on having Ecelectic come up with some beautiful piece to cover it up with. I couldn’t give more than 5 stars but if I could I would. Service, friendliness and atmosphere of this place top all. Can’t praise this place enough

Place is clean and really laid back. The artists there seem very talented.
