I had gotten a tattoo about two years ago, when I lived up in Akron and it needed touched up, after the original guy completely refused to touch it up for me. I had no choice but to go to another tattoo artist, when I went to this shop I was very please with my tattoo artist, he was super friendly and gentle. I would definitely recommend Shawn, he really listens and respects you.

I was visiting Columbus this week and on a whim decided to get a tattoo I'd been thinking about for a while. I did walk in and was able to get in within ~30 mins. Smitty did my tattoo and I couldn't be happier with the result. He took his time walking through the design and we talked through the process every step. He even free handed a portion and it turned out great. If you're walking in, remember these are artists who usually book appointments. A walk in is a courtesy to us as customers. Call ahead to see if they can take a walk in that day/how much time it would take to do your design and tattoo. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!!

Being raised in Columbus it was understood even in the 90's this shop was a place that was solid. I have been a customer here for over 5 years now and have nothing but great things to say. First, there is zero judgement for ideas that are brought up. You get real answers and perspectives on the artistic design. Next, it's comfortable. From the moment you stroll in, you are respected. I've watched a diverse community stroll in through my sessions. Each one is greeted with the same respect. Last, as a customer it doesn't have to be a one tattoo experience. As my life changed, so did the ink, yet the common denominator was the artist Carmelo and the other artists he surrounds himself with. There is a reason this shop has been around for years. That speaks volumes.

Nose piercing done on January. The piercer did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable. Accidently pulled it out a couple weeks after, and she helped me replace it free of charge. Love the workers and atmosphere.

Got a couple piercings done by Sara— she was absolutely amazing! Made me super comfortable and super quick and as less painful than other piercers have made the experience before. Really glad i chose this place and would recommend for anyone looking to get anything pierced.

My first time coming in and sarah pierced a friend and I. She was amazing. Very fun, honest and laid back. I was very nervous and she said all the right things to make me feel comfortable. She seemed very knowledgeable about not just the piercing I got but with what would look good on my friend, given her size, and had lots of good, honest opinions that were much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend in the Columbus area!!

UPDATE: Almost 2 years later, I still have my nose ring. The healing process was smooth, I'm still very happy with it. I highly recommend them piercing!

I've always been very nervous about getting my first tattoo. Vii actually me feel extremely comfortable with getting it done. She took her time drawing exactly what I wanted and was very open to suggestions and changes. She was accommodating and funny and friendly.
