The girl with the long red ponytail was super rude and dismissive. Told me my piercing was infected and would not even change it. Went to Evolved where they changed it, told me it wasn't infected just agitated, and it healed perfectly. She act like she hate her job. Go to Evolved.

This place and people are AMAZING! Big Jack did mine and my husband's tattoos and did fabulous work! Will be getting more work done asap!

Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I just wanted to even out my ear piercings. For years I've had two in my left and only one in my right.

These people run a great business with the customer in mind, they're personable, good humored, and they make you feel as comfortable as possible while you get voluntarily stabbed in various ways. I will definitely be going here for my next tattoo.

A staple in the Columbus tattoo scene since 1985! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff is accommodating and friendly. After 30 minutes there, I felt like I had known everyone for years. The facility is clean and the tattooers are professional. Specifically, I love working with Carmelo. He’s honest, has great ideas and he’s an amazing artist. You won’t feel uncomfortable in this shop, rather, like one of their long time clients even if it’s your first time there. Such a great experience working with Bodystain and Carmelo. I will keep going back for any of my tattoo or piercing needs!

I've had.......3 ear piercings done here. The shop is *always* very clean, and everyone is always friendly. Katie usually does my piercings. She's excellent. I had gone in for a jewelry change on a piercing, and hadn't expected to react as poorly as I did. She was great. Got me some water, talked me through what was happening. She has always been excellent at explaining what she's doing, why she's doing it. The guy that works at the front counter (I don't actually know his name, I'm sorry!!!!) is always extremely friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable, and I recently learned that custom jewelry is an option. 10/10 this is the only place I'll get piercings from, and when I'm ready for another tattoo, that's where I'll go.

Vii did this tattoo a year ago and it is still beautiful, bright, and vibrant! Everyone there is super nice and accommodating!

I have been getting piercings here for a year. I go in to see Sarah and she does a great job. I have had 2 successful piercings by her and I got 3 more today. Everyone here is nice and professional. Anytime anyone asks where to get piercings, I tell them to go here and see Sarah! I love it here!

Making an online appointment was an extremely easy, everyone was very friendly, professional and definitely clean! It was my first time going here, they made it feel like I had nothing to worry about and that I was in good hands. I especially liked my piercer, Shea! She was extremely friendly, she made it quick, and painless! I would recommend this place to anyone😊
