I totally recommend city roots for your next tattoo. Tom Hagle is the man when it comes to tattoos and the shop is clean,nice and updated. I’ve seen some of Kelsey coons work as well and again top shelf all the way here. 👍🏻👍🏻

Can't say anything about there work. But we went in to talk about getting several tattoos done the girls were nice but it was Obvious they did not want to help us. They just kept talking with each other and just left us standing there. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Went to American pride instead. Love the work they did best $1000.00 I ever spent. Maybe it was a blessing they did want to help us.

Decent prices compared to other tattoo shops . However Sam the artist that works their is very unprofessional, no respect for appointments whatsoever, texting and calling him? forget about it! If he likes you and feels comfortable around you, he'll give you a great tattoo, but if he Doesn't "and absolutely for no reason" he'll ruin your body.

Very friendly an clean shop. A lot of good work out of the shop by all the artists. Had my man Eric Davis hook me up with an amazing side piece, my daughters name an a sick koi fish. Would recommend anyone of the artists there

I had put a deposit down with Lena to draw up a floral half sleeve. She TOLD me what the shading was going to look like, she wouldn’t add what I asked because SHE thought it wouldn’t look good, and had a bad attitude towards every message I sent. After 3 times of asking her to change it and telling her twice I’d come do a face to face consult, I decided to go with someone else. She then posted her drawings of the design and made comments that I was “wasting her time” when I gave her a $50 deposit. Once I confronted her for being unprofessional, she blocked me. Way too immature and has too big of an ego to be in a customer service industry.

These guys are awesome. Great shop. The owner, Tom, is a super great dude. The staff I'd super friendly. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to get a tattoo. Between all of the artists there is nothing they can't do. Live this place

I went to get 2 water color tattoos on my arm. First a lady did it. We discussed at length what I wanted, the color scheme and size. (It was 2 theater masks, one on each arm) The tattoo was sloppy and rushed, the line work faded by the next day. It was excruciatingly painful, the tattoo was not wrapped or cleaned when she finished. The colors on both arms were just horrible. She only used 2 colors per arm (with watercolor you use 4-5l It looked like a child took markers to my arm. The healing process for these tattoos took almost 2 months. When I contacted the owner, he said he would fix them for free. I went and he lectured me about how I was wasting his time by being there, that I need to talk more about what I want. It took almost half an hour to explain what i wanted, i showed him upwards of 15 pictures of what I wanted and he promised he could do it.z When we began, he only shaved one arm. He picked 4 colors per arm, and when I asked him about the shades he told me that I didnt know what I was talking about. Now I have green on a blue/purple color scheme and neon orange and yellow on a sunrise color scheme. He did not fix the black lines that were fading even though I asked him to. He did not clean my arm after, and wrapped my bloody arms. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I will not return and I will actively warn people to not go.
