I have gotten ALL 10+ of my tattoos done at City Roots by Tom. All his work is amazing and I would never go any where else for a tattoo. I can walk into that shop any day and be welcomed like family! My first few tattoos I had to take multiple breaks because my pain tolerance was so low, Tom let me take as many breaks and I wanted, as long as I wanted and never rushed me once, always made sure I was okay and felt comfortable. Like I said before, This an amazing tattoo shop, I would never get tatted anywhere other than City Roots.

She is always able to portray exactly what I’m looking for and is kind-hearted, genuine, and professional. On top of this, the shop is always clean and everyone is so welcoming. Have been debating for the past few years whether I should get a Tattoo and decided this past Saturday, 8-11-18, it was time. My family and I went down to Milford Memories stopped in and discussed with the friendly staff of what I was looking to have done and was told they had the perfect Artist, Sam. What a Great Experience! I knew I wanted it on my calf but wasn't sure on the size. Sam grabbed some markers quickly drew, on my calf, a rough sketch of what I wanted with the size he thought would look good, explained the different options and I said looks great, lets do this. What was so amazing is Sam did this Tattoo Freehand. The time he took and the attention to detail was phenomenal.The next day we went to a party and was told by everyone who saw it how awesome it was. Thank you again Sam, for the amount of time you took and your attention to detail. I would recommend you, City Roots to anyone and everyone who asks where I had it done.

I love the atmosphere. Everyone loves what they do, and they do amazing work. I've gotten work done by two of the artists, and they were fantastic!!!! Its a very clean environment in the shop, and they take care of who walks in the door. Reasonable prices for beautiful art. Stop what your doing and call to make an appointment!!!!

Lena was able to take me on a couple of hours notice due to a cancellation and gave me a beautiful floral tattoo on my rib cage. Lena's line work is flawless and i'm planning on going back for their valentine's day flash and getting my rib cage shaded. not to mention (while it probably made Lena's job a little harder, im sorry) the ladies at the shop had me laughing and smiling the entire time. Lena also does NOT have a light hand which is awesome but still managed to make the tattoo almost painless. go here. spend your money here. awesome artists, also very reasonable pricing. cant wait to be back for more artwork!

Lena is awesome. I love the piece that she did on me and get compliments all of the time when I wear shirt sleeves at my work. Totally want to get more done by her. She is so good at what she does and takes her time with it as well on the two pieces I seen on my friend and mine as well.
