My daughter turned 8 today and wanted her ears done. I came to Google to find an open studio, and remembered Dave had been suggested as great with kids.
Not only was this true (he's absolutely wonderful with kids), he took his time to explain everything to my daughter, each and every step. He made sure she was comfortable with everything he was doing. She is SO happy with her earrings.
Also, included in her piercing was the care kit. This is honestly a step so far above and beyond, imo. No extra charge to make sure the Littles have the right after care, and a couple of dumdums, too? Absolutely outstanding, and I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
Dave and his entire staff made a big deal about it being her birthday and how good she did getting her ears done. Thank you!!

My daughter wanted her ears pierced for her birthday, so I looked for shops with good reviews and am so happy to have found Big City Body Art!! Dave made the experience perfect for my daughter--he joked around, explained every step of the process, and made it a great memory! Thank you! Dave really took the time to educate me on piercing aftercare & all of the things I’ve done wrong in the past. Came here to get my septum pierced. My piercer was Dave and he was absolutely amazing. He’s super knowledgeable and friendly and he makes you feel comfortable before he pierces anything. He answered all my questions thoroughly. The facility was also very clean and covid cautious. Watched him open everything new and sterile. You’ll have to swirl this awful anti bacterial mouth wash to kill any germs in your mouth because you’ll have to take your mask off depending on the piercing area but it’s all the more worth it knowing they are being safe. This place is the best place I’ve ever gone to get a piercing.

Quick Clean and Simple. I took my daughter to get her nose pierced. I googled and came across Big City Body Art and read the immense amounts of reviews about Dave.
It was very important for me to find someone who was personable as well as someone who was experienced with working with minors.

Dave did my septum piercing. He was very knowledgeable, walking me through his steps and opening sterilized tools right in front of me. It was quick and mostly painless procedure. He has a collection of all types of body jewelry and even custom makes some. Their piercing prices seem on par with other shops I’ve been to in the Wheaton area. This is definitely one of the cleanest tattoo shops I have ever been in. I watched the woman at the front desk sanitize the tablet I used to check in and saw Dave sanitize his piercing chair as soon as I got up. I appreciate the way this shop is run so much so that I made an appointment for lash extensions next weeks.

My mom stopped by to get her nose piercing reopened after a year of cancer treatment. The gentlemen who assisted her was very kind as well as informative as he walked her through the process and insight to future services at the studio pertaining to her ongoing cancer treatment. The studio was clean and the staff professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for local tattoo and piercing services in the area. Thank you

I have got piercings done here before. I went on a Sunday and they were surprisingly busy but efficient. There were 2 people ahead of me getting pierced. I got my nose pierced by Dave. He was very professional and VERY knowledgeable. It was quick and painless. I bought their aftercare kit and love that it came with 2 dumdums. Nice touch!
