My mom and I were passing through when we decided to get my very first tattoo done in New Orleans as our favorite author held this place dear to her heart. Chopper was my artist and he was very kind and accommodating. I simply walked in, we spoke briefly about what I wanted (I was very specific), then we got to work. I'm so very pleased with the experience and the outcome of my new ink. Plus, my tattoo carries the history of this tattoo parlor. How cool is that? Chopper also gave me plenty of advice for whenever I go to get future tattoos which I greatly appreciated.

My daughter, her friend, and I all walked in to get some tattoos while on vacation. I was nervous about going to a place that allows walk-ins and straying from my usual artist, but felt relieved once inside and greeted by Scott. Everyone there was extremely friendly and had us laughing from the moment we walked in. My daughter’s friend had a VERY tight budget with a very specific request for her first tattoo and Steven offered to take care of her so she wouldn’t have to compromise and get something different. He also did an amazing job on a dainty chrysanthemum on my daughters ankle. Tag drew up a design of a rooster that FAR surpassed what I had in mind and even incorporated wrought iron and a fleur de lis into the design to make it more special. We were in and out in 2.5 hours. I’m extremely happy I chose to go here and will continue to do so every time I visit New Orleans.

So,
My wife and I were down in New Orleans for my birthday and I'd decided that for my birthday I would get myself a new tattoo and low and behold this establishment was opposite our hotel (would you believe).
After reading a few Google reviews, I knew that THIS was the place!
On walking in we met Chopper Pete, who was without doubt one of the most professional, straight up likeable dudes I've ever met.. And he also did a killer tattoo on me AND reworked an old too!!
The next day my wife was (who had a tattoo booked) was let down and Pete came to the rescue and did the most beautiful custom design of a lotus flower.

Soooo big thanks to Chopper Pete and all the staff, you guys rock!

When we walked in and asked if there was any availability for a small tattoo for 2 people we were told yes it would be a 10 minute wait. We ended up waiting for 2 hours for the artist to actually be ready by that point it was 2 am and we were tired and had a flight to catch in a couple hours so we changed our minds and wanted to leave. Jesi (the artist) proceeded to harass my friend via text about how rude it was to back out and because she “works on commission and has a son to support” she made us feel bad for not being comfortable and not being ready for a permanent tattoo even though it took her hours to do 2 drawings. I have multiple tattoos and I’ve never been treated like this before. You should always be able to say no at anytime.

Me, my sister and my brother came to visit New Orleans. My brother and I wanted matching tattoos, so we went to this shop. Steven did an awesome job. We could tell he loves doing his job, and I well definitely recommend him. I'm very happy with our outcome. Thanks Steven!!!

This place was amazing! Everyone is so friendly. I had Erica do a my little pony and its my favorite tattoo I have gotten so far. She did a phenomenal job! Her line work is so clean!

Jessi is incredible! She took the hard sketch my daughter made and turned it into exactly what I had envisioned. My tattoo turned out great and I had an awesome time talking with her while she worked. Her spirit and personality made the whole sitting go by in the blink of an eye.

The guy that would be doing the tattoo was a legit dude. He worked the art up for us. The manager Fay is the one that prices and priced it at $500 for us to both get the exact same tattoo. Which was very very small roman numerals. Literally nothing to it. They spring the price on us after making us wait almost two hours to draw it up. Get a firm price before you wait here. She was obviously trolling us for money. Half GRAND!!! For some roman numerals!

Chopper did both my wife's and my tattoos. He is very friendly and has excellent ideas if you aren't totally set on your design. Pricing is fair and the work is great. Everyone there is friendly and willing to help out. Will be getting another tattoo there next time we're in town.

My family and I got tattoos here and they turned out amazing. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is our supposed to be artist Ace, ditched us and didn't inform us on anything. But chopper Pete took care of us and Erica came down on her day off and delivered for us. It was nice and clean in there and I definitely recommend it.
