Very poor communication skills. Reached out with ample time to try and schedule two different tattoo bookings and never got a response. We were told that we would get sketches and/or availability and we received nothing whatsoever.
Also, just got a call from whom i believe is the owner of this establishment... After realizing she interrupted my dinner, instead of asking to call back at a separate time, she just hung up on me... LOL. PROFESSIONALISM

Received a tattoo from Scott and I love it! The shop is great, nice atmosphere, very friendly. I live in Florida and I'd be perfectly willing to make the 6hr drive up here again for my next tattoo. Highly recommended.

Everything about coming here was awesome. Spent five hours (walk-ins) here between me, my fiancee & my roomate getting tattooed and honestly just felt like we were hanging out having a good time. Frankie was super nice & patient.

Lady at the front desk named Brooke seemed very approachable and everything went well over the phone. I sent in some references for a really small tattoo that probably wouldn’t take longer than 15 minutes but it took longer than 2 days to get a quote. Meanwhile, my friend that called 2 minutes before me got to get tattoo the same day and got 2 done. How hard is it to show a picture to an artist and get an estimate? It feels like the front desk lady Brooke was incapable of doing so maybe she hates her job? I’ve given them a call three consecutive times in two separate days, on top of that I’ve sent messages and have gotten 0 replies. Definitely don’t recommend going to this tattoo shop, lack of professionalism and doesn’t really care about customers. Definitely big no and I would recommend going elsewhere.

This place is wonderful! The environment was very clean, all the artists were very diligent on making sure the tattoo was exactly how I wanted it. All the artists also had their certifications posted on the wall and were very aware of me as a client the whole time. I am definitely going back again!!

Great place! Everyone was friendly, the environment was clean and the pricing was great. Overall an amazing experience. My tattoo artist was Chase and he was wonderful. I love my tattoo. Definitely gonna spread the word about how amazing this tattoo shop is, and definitely going to go back. A++++
