This place is by far the best one we been though, the people there couldn't be anymore nicer. We had a girl called Yoshi do a piercing for my wife. The process was fun and easy and it felt like we were doing it with a friend. We were even talking to the artist in the next room.
I love how they was having a (two for one) special; We told them we couldn't take it because we are planning on getting the second one later and without wasting a second she got out a company coupon card that states when we come back we don't have to pay.
That's what you call customer service!!!
The next day my wife was having problems with the piercing (Not their fault) I called to talk to her but she was busy. The guy that pick up ask what was the problem and once he I told him he simply said "to pass by and he will personally fix the problem free of charged" I don't care if I move 1000 miles in the future. They got a lifetime customer.

Went here because the ball came off my rook earring. I didnt get my piercing here tho. Just needed another ball and for somone to put it on for me. The guy there (sorry did not get his name) advised me about my piercing and replaced my jewelry for free. He gave me jewelry with a longer bar to aid my healing process. Thanks alot Bison!

This place is amazing. it's the first place i ever went to for a piercing and i've also had tattoos here and they are so sweet and amazing artists and piercers. They're always so nice and helpful especially when you have questions and their line work with tattoos are amazing. I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone!!!

I was told there was a spot for me to go get a tattoo. I informed the artist i was going to take 25 minutes to drive there. When i got there he put a piercing infront of me which took over 30 minutes. I had to leave as i thought it was very unprofessional to have me drive 25 minutes and make me wait 30 minutes, when i was told everything is done by appointment.

If I could leave no stars in order to review I would. So, I got my Tragus pierced by Yoshi 2 weeks and 1 day ago. My intent was to get both done, but after being tugged at seemingly unnecessarily several minutes after being told “done” (needle through and what should have been hard part over) I talked myself out of the second one. While I realize it is a challenging location for a piercing, it should not take 10 minutes of fumbling and tugging in order to put the Jewelery in, creating obvious pain and discomfort. This morning, the jewelery fell out while making breakfast, before I even attempted to clean it. In a panic, I called to find Sunday is by appointment only- I called multiple times, no answer, no recording. This is my 11th piercing- I have always had a cell number of POC should any issues be encountered. I went to Tatoos by Lou as they were the only local place open during this crucial time and I was in a panic. Upon inspection, the piercer there told me my options. While she offered to re-pierce for free if I purchased the jewelery at market value, she advised against it Bc it was pierced too close to my head and too far down to be aesthetically preferable. She also said that based on my experience and placement, I would be likely to have scarring without letting it heal and start fresh. All in all, I am out $45 spent, and the pain and inconvenience of caring relentlessly for a poorly done piercing. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere and save yourself the pain, time and money, even if it’s pricier to get it pierced right.
