I've been there multiple times and its an all around bad experience. They are so unprofessional, we call in advance to see if we can go in and THREE TIMES they have told us yes, and as soon as we drive 30 minutes its "sorry its too crowded, come back another day". When I finally did get my tattoo, the guy made me feel extremely uncomfortable with my choice so he pressured me to go bigger, so now i have a tattoo I hate.
Definitely lost a few costumers.
