Inksmith & Rogers Tattoo Studio

I steppedbin to this shop while waiting for Uber. I intended to look at some new ink photos while I wanted. The guy inside told me "you kind of invited your self in here"" I guess its fine". My response was that I would hope so. He continues with his behavior. There is more, but the moral is...go somewhere else. I am dumfouned at the way I was spoken to. Whoever was working at 6pm on Sunday May 23 needs to be taught how tp treat customers.
As he said" there are lots of tattoo shops in Jacksonville. I dont need your business.
If that doesnt say enough, I dont know what does!!

Hipster with the stretched ears and glasses is a jerk I wish I could remember his name. He really made me want to leave. Went in for a tattoo and a consultation and he just sucked at it. He didn't want to work (make fixes to picture we brought in) for free when that want even the case we were getting a tattoo that day and we were going to pay for it period. Anyways thank god another tattoo artist took us on DANNY super cool, nice fast and a beautiful tattoo done by him he took the time and drew something we really liked made fixes to what we showed him and just inked us Thank you so much we love it! Danny's the best.

Went in a few weeks ago for a tattoo and Travis let me do a walk in and did a nice piece on my arm. It’s completely healed and looks great! Will be coming back here for more of my tattoos!

My wife wanted to get a tattoo she called for the hours, walked in picked a design she wanted the tattoo artist went to work on a wonderful image and she loved it. David did a terrific job.

Have had both of my pieces done by Travis Costello. Incredible work and amazing dad jokes. Both times were an extremely pleasant experience. Definitely going back to him and Inksmith for all of my future work.

Normally I like this place. I have gotten 3 tattoos done here in the past and I've always had a good experience but today I was greeted by an artist by the name of Scott. Scott is very opinionated, has very poor customer service skills, & a little too cocky for my liking. I came in to get a tattoo and requested to the tattoo be dobe in red. I was informed by Scott that he could not do lines im red and would not do my tattoo. I am a veteran to tattoos and have about 17 total in various parts of my body so I am very aware that if the tattoos I asked for does not come out properly I have to pay to get that tattoo fixed. All in all I could probably agree with Scott that you can talk to John and red but probably not a good idea to get it in red but had he taken the time to ask me more about what I wanted rather than help every other customer that came in after me and ask them in detail what they wanted I would have known that it wasn't recommended it would have been more easily swayed and would not have wasted 30 minutes of my time. All in all I still recommend this place for tattoos because I think they do good work but I do believe that Scott may need to go work somewhere else because I can believe that there are other people who are on the verge of having a negative opinion about this business based on their interaction with him

Whole staff is friendly and skillful, have got a few pieces done by Christian so far and will continue to refer him to friends and go back to him for more work... amazing artist and good guy, tattoos heal very well and look great

Love this place!!! My wife and i recieved tattoos from travis. He is exceptionally great, helpful and whatever tattoo idea you may have he will make a suggestion which will make your tattoo look much better. He is a great artist. i love getting tattoos but hate the pain, but did not have any issues with him. He has a lot of artwork to choose from as well. Please go to this shop and ask for travis.

Christian took care of me today hooked me up got exactly what I wanted I value these guys opinions 3rd tattoo out here in Jacksonville by a inksmith and rogers shop . Shelby was helpful courteous too these are some good folks to do business with. You need work done definitely definitely pay inksmith and rogers a visit !!! Damn near couldn't help it me and my buddy came back again today buddy had Christian hook him up on his leg tat and Steve added a crown to my daughter's tattoo for me. Always a good environment these guys and gal are cool as hell ..5+ * shout out to Bryan and Travis too and Shelbys cool we had a good time in Jacksonville got some bad ass tats appreciate this company and its people freaking Ay

Best tattoo experience I've ever had. Travis did an amazing job and it's a fantastic shop. Would highly recommend Travis to anyone looking to get a tattoo.
