David is amazing, super satisfied with the quality and placement of my tattoo. I came in with a reference picture of what I wanted, & David made it look 10x better on my skin. Also him & the staff there are super friendly and created a comfortable environment! I’ll definitely be coming back, Thanks again David!

I waited 3 hours after showing the artist what i wanted. He then decided to tell me that he can’t do the tattoo. I canceled my appointment with another artist because he said he could do it. Time wasted. I dknt recommend this tattoo shop for anything other than line art and basic work.

This is the only tattoo shop that I will patronize. The Artists have many years of experience. And there's rich history comnected to the business name.

Went in having no idea what was to be expected. Met with artist Sean and had told him that I was very new to the tattoo world and he made me feel right at home, talking me through everything and just being as friendly as possible. Was a little upset when he told me that he wasn't gonna be able to do the tattoo but we had rescheduled and I had another artist by the name of Anthony, who's from NY, do my tat and I just have one thing to say about it. It looks fantastic. I couldn't ask for a more perfect tattoo. It goes with what was exactly in my head and it just looks amazing. If you're just stepping into the tattoo world and need a place you can feel comfortable with, go to Inksmith and Rogers. Absolutely pleasant staff. Over the top clean and thorough. And absolutely reasonably priced. I will totally be doing more business with this fine establishment.

I just moved here from MA about a week ago and all my tattoos have been done by the same person up there. I had just lost my little brother unexpectedly before I moved and was having a really hard day and just wanted a tattoo of his name and the time he was born. I came across Inksmith and Roger's and read reviews and looked at their work and decided to go down to the shop to see if they could do my tattoo same day. Yes I'm very impatient lol. I was greeted right away by a very friendly woman and told her what I was looking for. They were booked at the moment but she took my name and number and said she would call if something opened up. She called a couple hours later saying Bob had a 5pm if I was still interested. Bob came and greeted me and drew up what I wanted. He was very easy to talk to and hold conversation and my tattoo came out great. Prices are very fair for the quality of work given as well. I will definitely be going back for more work from Bob.

They have the best customer service, I called a few weeks before coming down for a vacation, they were very nice and helpful over the phone. When I went in to make my appointment, they were very nice I had a tattoo appointment with Bobby which is an amazing artist! I had a hand written quote and it turned out perfect! Will definitely go back to him when going back down to Jacksonville!!

My experience here was phenomenal! Everyone was super nice and friendly, the store was very well cleaned, and my tattoo turned out amazing! I was very impressed and appreciative with how sanitary and cautious the store is right now with Covid! David is an amazing artist and was able to give me exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier with the results. Great pricing too!

I recently tried taking my son to the Beach Location. Michael Sanders was the artist at the time.
My son just turned 18 yesterday and really wanted my name on his arm. Even though I’m not that fond of tattoos I told him I would get him a tattoo of HIS CHOICE. As soon as Michael comes outside he tries to undermine me as a parent, cut me off and would only address my son. He told me to let my son choose what he wants. (my son wanted to get my name on him, if it were my choice he wouldn’t be getting any tattoo)
also because I was the one paying for this tattoo I wanted to know the price and size before he got it done. The Artist would not communicate to me an exact price just saying over 200$ (even though the receptionist had asked me what price range I wanted to stay in and told me it would be around 100-150).
I understand tattoos can be bigger depending on the style etc. but the communication and customer service was really horrible. My son even tried to be respectful and shake his hand and Michael just completely ignored him never acknowledging him. ( I understand covid but you can at least acknowledge people) It was extremely uncomfortable and they were just rude.
I highly recommend Peacocks Tattoo down the street, they were amazing! They had great customer service and were willing to listen to our needs without undermining me as a parent!

Got my first tattoo there today and it was a great experience,turned out so dope thank you david!!

My Mother passed unexpectedly in a tragic accident. My siblings and I got a matching tattoo in rememberence of her. Everyone here was kind, professional,and the shop was very clean. They really care about their clients and take time to talk and make sure you are comfortable.
