I just got my second tattoo today. Bear's shop is professional and fun. Friendly artists and understanding of what you want. Bear worked with me for a year on the concept of what I wanted. Boy did he nail it! He's amazing! I'll never go anywhere else!

Ashley is the best. Honestly what customer service, and professionalism. I got my industrial pierced here, and also replaced a nose ring. Such cleanliness, and promptness. Im healing so well, and will be a return customer!😍

I have had two amazing experiences at imperial. Ashely who did my piercings made me feel comfortable and her attention to detail is impeccable! I wouldn’t get a piercing done by anybody else. Bear, who has done all my tattoos is just simply amazing. He’s funny and witty and makes sure I’m 100% happy with my tattoos. He honestly has gone above and beyond! I wouldn’t go to any other shop!

I can't say enough great things about this shop and about Bear. Bear is the nicest and most professional tattoo artist I've ever met. I got my first tattoo hear and felt like I was in such good hands. From how persistent he was in ensuring the design was exactly what I wanted to how incredibly thorough he was in his sanitary/safety/prep methods, I was quickly ensured that I was in the best hands possible. That's without even mentioning his beautiful artwork. The tattoo I got here was simply stunning as all of his pieces are. I've been with friends who've gotten tattoos here and every time it's been just as great of an experience as mine. The whole shop is chill yet professional and a wonderful atmosphere. I recommend it to anyone looking to get a tattoo that I know, and rave to anyone who compliments my tattoo. 10/10 shop and artists.

Went to get multiple ear piercings, and the entire staff was very professional and kind!
I have some scar tissue in my earlobe and was concerned about the piercing process. Loki reassured me the entire time, and was very easy to get along with.
Their added covid world policies are incredible, and felt very safe and clean the entire time I was there.
