Came in for a business card and to ask questions in regards to artist. Shop opened a 1pm and waited till about 1:05 for guy to open door from car. When we entered shop smelled a bit funny like smoking was allowed in there. Kind of a turn off but heard BEAR was an amazing artist.
I am going to give 4.5 stars due to not opening on-time and smell of place. Other than that if you want a good tattoo artist Bear is great.

My husband and my sister both went to get their ears pierced today. We knew looking at reviews we had to go with Imperial and have Loki do both their piercings. We are so glad we did. Loki was very nice and made sure they were comfortable through the whole process. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will def be back for future piercings!

I walked in for a upper ear lobe piercing and was greeted by super chill and kind gentlemen. Prior to piercings, you need to pay upfront cash. A good sign I took for the level of seriousness the studio took for cleanliness included two things: one, I signed a document asking about any health and blood conditions I may have. They want to keep you, future customers, and themselves safe. Two, when I was pierced, the piercer was professional and worked on a clean tray, opening fresh packaging containing the needles and earrings.
The piercer, Loki, led me to the back and conducted the piercing quickly and skillfully. When he marked my ears, he held a mirror up and made sure I was happy with the placement before proceeding. When the piercing happened he made sure I was calmed and relaxed. Loki has been piercing for decades, so you'll be in good hands. Just make sure to follow his directions for daily cleaning and maintenance and you'll be A-ok. All and all, I am satisfied and healing well after coming here recently. Called to get pricings on a few piercings and the man that answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me multiple times it’s June 21,2022 4:45 pm and I was excited to come in and get a few piercings with some friends till I encountered this individual. Their service might be better but the customer service to start was not what I was expecting and I would not let someone like that be around me while getting a piercing or tattoo!

My friend and I walked in on a random Friday afternoon and were seen right then and there. It was quiet and relaxing in the shop. Huy saw a picture or two of our ideas and got right to work, and our designs were better than what we asked for! Conversation was great, and it was clear that Huy knew exactly what he was doing. He had a quiet confidence that eased my jitters. Pricing was perfectly reasonable ($80 min) and they only take cash, so keep that in mind (But if you forget, the Wawa across the street has a no surcharge ATM). I am really happy with my tattoo and the service I received. I will absolutely be back for more from Huy! Thank you so much!!
