Overall the experience was ok. Had a 7pm appt, wasn't attended to until 740ish with nobody else in the shop. It would be nice to have a price range of the jewelry posted online or somewhere in the shop.

I have been coming to BHT for the last 1 1/2 for my tattoos and piercings. Everyone there is amazing and so cool. I’ve always had issues with my piercings but ever since Nicholas started piercing me I’ve never had an issue, always the most smoothest healing process ever!! He’s so nice and genuine. Will always be coming here the next time I need another piercing!

I came to Nicholas with my sister a few weeks back to get our piercings done. She was getting a nose piercing and I was getting my industrial. Never having walked into a tattoo parlor before, I was so pleasantly surprised to see how clean, professional, and nice this place looked! Also being semi-anxious I talked to Nicholas about my concerns around getting my piercings and completely took care of all my worries and deescalated my anxiety. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for both my sister and I. I 10/10 recommend going to Nicholas for piercings as his gentle hand and entertaining nature that can get any piercing over and done with quickly with complete satisfaction! Thanks Nicholas!

Amazing experience with Nicholas who did my 2nd and 3rd lobe piercing on each ear. He was extremely professional, attentive, and super knowledgable. I'm also incredibly paranoid about cleanliness and I could not have been more impressed with the shop as a whole and with Nick's space. Clean from top to bottom. I love my piercings and can't recommend them enough!

My experience with Burning Hearts tattoo company was great 😊 everyone was very nice and the place is extremely clean sadly I had to get my earring removed due to scar tissue but once it heals in 8 weeks I’m definitely going back and letting Corey do it she’s Amazing. Me and my boyfriend came in and got 3 piercings each, Nicholas the geezer did all 6 of them and he did a flawless job! I gotta say I’ve tried a lot of piercing shops out here and have really struggled to find an awesome piercer, and it looks like my search is finally over, I would definitely recommend to go here for your piercings. The environment was really nice, clean and comftorable and he really took his time to make sure everything was even and perfect which I appreciated a lot(:
- came back in a few weeks later to downsize everything and get 2 more piercings, I got a vertical labret and a tongue piercing and once again they were done perfectly and I’m so obsessed with them and how perfectly symmetrical they are, I now have 5 piercings from nick and they are all perfect, do yourself a favor and go here for your piercing needs(:

The experience was amazing! a you get what you pay for and i’m not mad about it! The environment was super neat and clean. Nick made it comfortable and explained what he was doing specifically. 10/10 .. i’ll definitely go again for my other piercings.

Nick was super nice and patient. Me and my friend went and both got a helix and a daith piercing. The jewelry was very nice but more on the pricey side. We definitely paid a lot more than we planned on paying for piercings but are very happy with the end results. My only complaint was when it was time to give the tip. We actually tipped based on the total which we didn’t think about until afterwards considering the earrings were on the total. there’s no reason to tip for earrings just for the service. But other than that I would definitely recommend this place and go back there again for sure

I Went to Burning Hearts for a piercing. While the offered jewelry was beautiful and certainly of top quality, $530 for a single 10mm hoop was completely unexpected and out of my budget. Unfortunately only one other option was available, an implant grade surgical steel horseshoe for an additional $55 bringing the price of an ear piercing to $110. The price of the piercing, $55, does not include jewelry as I have grown accustomed to. The staff was courteous and professional, the shop was immaculate. But I still left disappointed, confused and honestly rather embarassed. Sadly, I would not return to this shop in the future.
UPDATE: I received a response from the shop and wanted to clarify that the cost of the piercing is $35 for a total of $106.35 after tax and jewelry is added. This is apparently stated on their booking site which I missed. With that said, this is still quite a bit above the market range. I was able to get my piercing done at another reputable shop for $65 which included taxes and a titanium fixed bead ring.
