I got my septum pierced by Nicholas and the experience was 10/10! The shop is spotless and covered in beautiful artwork. Nicholas and their apprentice were friendly, professional and made the whole experience comfortable and fun. I’ve gotten piercings in half a dozen other shops, but I’ll definitely be returning to Burning Hearts!

Shout out to Corey, apprenticing under Nick, for doing an AMAZING job piercing my daughter. The level of cleanliness, and explanation of the sanitation process, and follow up care was superb. It is currently 72 hrs post piercing and this is the first I've ever seen without any redness or crusting around the piercing.
Thank you Corey for making the whole ordeal as painless as possible for a young lady who has been begging for years for her nose pierced.

Got my nose pierced by Nicholas in June 2021, then I had him check it and change out the gauge 6 weeks later. He was so knowledgeable and informative and the shop follows super strict sanitation and cleaning procedures. I really felt safe and comfortable. I also left with the instructions on how to properly care for my piercing to keep it healthy and let it heal fully. (When I had my nose pierced at 20 years old at the Milford mall it was infected and removed within less than a year - care instructions were basically nonexistent.) I just went back to Nick to have him change me to a hoop and was again super pleased with the whole experience. 10/10 would recommend every time!

My friend and I got tattoos done by Mickey who is apprenticing at Burning Hearts Tattoo. Mickey was great from the start; I booked with him via Instagram and he answered all of my questions ahead of time. Once we got there he was very welcoming and greeted everyone who entered the shop. Mickey was very conscious of how my friend and I felt and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. He asked us how we were doing during the tattoo, let us know if we didn’t feel good to let him know, etc. I was very happy with his professionalism as well as his work! Thank you again Mickey!

Mickey did a great job on a cover up tattoo for me. I love it and I’m grateful for it. I have dozens of tattoos and this was my first tattoo since being diagnosed with a medical condition that unfortunately increases my anxiety. Mickey was patient and professional. I would get another tattoo by him and I would recommend him. He is newer to tattooing but I have no doubt he will do great in this career!
