I was very happy with the time the piercer took making sure my body art came out the same way as In my head. The apprentice even fanned me so I could get some color back after a double nostril. Overall 11/10 experience.

Dylan pierced my 12 year old daughters ears a few months ago. They have healed beautifully and he was awesome working with her that day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Lauren was my Piercer, I am 16 and have a history of passing out a lot with needles. The nice thing about Lauren is from the very start explained why paying 70$ for a piercing is better for you rather than the 40$ ones. Not only that but she went in detail on exactly what she was going to do and was very honest. She made me feel very comfortable and I felt safe. This is Day 2 of having it and it is already super cleared up. I have very little to no swelling as well as no irritation. Of course sleeping was a challenge because I sleep on my right side and that’s the side I chose to get my cartilage piercing on. But of course that’s just me and has nothing to do with the people there. Very friendly staff. Lauren was definitely the right person for me!

Sorry I’m using my friends email.. But yesterday my husband and I went in at 6:45pm to get my belly pierced and my appointment was at 7pm but when we went in Autumn and the guy with the dreads and a yellow shirt which I wished I got his name was super nice they greeted us with a smile and Autumn was my piercer she was super professional and she answered all my questions and she made me feel comfortable plus she did my piercing super quick which I love and the guy in the yellow shirt was super nice he talked to me all the way and he helped me pick out the cutest belly ring ever.. Thank you Autumn and the guy in the yellow shirt for making my night amazing and I will be coming back. You guys just earn a customer.

I went to Claire's originally to get my ears pierced. When they refused to repierce my ears when an earring fell out, I came to Bonaroo. The staff there was super helpful on educating me on proper piercing techniques and care. Autumn, the piercer I worked with, was super nice and educational. Every single item used during my piercing was single use and sterile, and every surface was spotless. I would definitely go back here to get more piercings or to get a tattoo.

Mika was absolutely incredible! Not only do my sister's and my matching tattoos look stunning, but Mika was amazing. She was kind, helpful, professional, and clearly just loves what she does. This was my sister's first tattoo, and Mika was awesome about it. She talked her through the whole process, made sure she was comfortable, and checked in throughout the hour and a half tattoo. The actual tattoo quality is amazing and was fast and easy. I will absolutely be coming back to her for future tattoos!

We have only been here for the piercings but we love our piercer. She has done both our daughters and not only is she very thorough but she takes her time to make sure you're comfortable with the entire process. We love this place and her and will continue to go here for all our piercings!

First time here, was willing to pay cash for myself and 4 others. Mom and my 3 brothers were all getting matching tiny tattoos, man I spoke with was arrogant and not willing to work with us. This is a lifelong commitment and he made us feel so unwelcome. I’m visiting from Oregon and was looking forward to a memorable experience. So sad your customer service was so un-welcoming and arrogant.
