Bonaroo Tattoo

I got two dermal piercings done on the back of my neck by Nails. Just walking in the environment was super friendly and clean, everyone was super nice. Nails was amazing, super knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable and calmed any nerves that I had. She answered all my questions with no problem and made the process as least painful as possible. I will never go anywhere else for a piercing. Would highly recommend!

We drove down from Thornton to get my 9 year old daughters ears pierced with Nails. It was well worth the drive! Nails was great and so sweet with my daughter, put her totally at ease! The piercing was quick and gentle. My daughter is so happy and is showing off her new earrings to all her friends now!

I went there for first time with my friend, the people were super rude, we didn’t like the design that the guy proposed and he got mad about that, the guy just walked away, he left us alone when we were talking about the size of the tattoo, and when we decided for a new thing he said it was too late because we spend 10 MINUTES talking about something that I’m gonna have in my body for ever.

My husband and I have had all of our tattoos and piercings (since we've lived here) at Bonaroo Tattoo. We are faithful patrons who have a great gratitude for the artistry involved, and we tip our artists accordingly (50% or more...ALWAYS), especially when they have always accommodated our disabilities.
Awhile ago, we called Bonaroo and asked about the new location, the piercer on staff, and other details. Our daughter wanted her ears re-pierced, so we scheduled our appointment online after getting the pertinent details from the staff. We had explained that our daughter has a disability and needed some flexibility and accommodation, which we would happily pay for.
Unfortunately, due to Covid, we had to reschedule our appointment for 2:00 today. We called to tell them that we were running a few minutes late, and the piercer told us that she has a five-minute cut-off window and if we arrive late, we still have to pay and forfeit our appointment. If we need to reschedule, we still have to pay.
Surely, given our conversation with staff about the need for some accommodation and our history with them, this wouldn't be enforced since we requested extra time (which we planned to pay for) due to our daughter's disability. Maybe the piercer hadn't read the details of the appointment.
We arrived at 2:08. We were turned away because we were three minutes passed the cut-off time. Even though we called an hour before, and the piercer knew we were running late, we were turned away. In fact, she said that she only allowed 45 minutes for the appointment and that she was fully booked for the day. (No disability accommodations had been accounted for!!) Basically, I was told that policy trumps everything, including any disability accommodation.
We paid our $60, walked out with a very sad little girl who was denied the services we scheduled and agreed to pay for. Years of giving our business solely to Bonaroo only served for them to discriminate against us. We are incredibly loyal customers, but to turn away a child with a disability when accommodations were requested and supposed to be scheduled? Inexcusable.
Please reconsider the businesses you support who practice hateful, intolerant, and discriminatory practices.

Had my nose pierced by Dylan 2 days ago and am thrilled with the result!

I researched tattoo/piercing shops near me and then I further researched the reviews for each shop across several platforms. Dylan has terrific reviews and I was really pleased when I was able to schedule an appointment with him later the same day.

Dylan is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough & professional. He explained every step of the process as we were doing it and when he said "big pinch", that's truly all it was. He gave me very detailed after-care instructions and now, two days later, I have zero discomfort and I'm in love with the tiny jewel in my nose. Am already recommending Dylan to everybody that asks where I had it done - thank you for a great experience, I'll be back for more jewelry soon!

Dylan was absolutely amazing when he pierced my nose! He was professional, informative, and overall made me so comfortable even when I was nervous! I’ve had many piercings and by far this was the best experience and Dylan was by far my favorite piercer! Shop was clean and organized! I will definitely be doing all my other piercings here!

Other customers beware they are draconian in their late policy, and there’s no wiggle room! As a result I will never do business with them again the full story is below.
My daughter had previously had her ears pierced by Bonaroo Tattoo on Mississippi. She had a great experience but didn’t keep the jewelry in her ears and the holes had closed. We would have gone back but they don’t have a person at the Mississippi location to do piercing so we decided to try the Parker location. I had scheduled a time to have her ears redone, and as it turned out she ended up with Covid and I had to reschedule. The rescheduling went fine and I went with a day I thought we could get it done without a problem. Today was the day we were supposed to have them done, but we ended up farther away from the store than we had planned. When I realized the situation, I called and let them know I might be a bit late, they told me that after 5 minutes an appointment is considered a no show. I could have cancelled, but according to maps I should have made it in time so I attempted to get there in time. When things were said and done, I was 3 minutes late beyond the 5 minutes to our appointment, Nails refused to do the piercing, considered our appointment to be a no show, which charges the same fee that the piercing would be. I can understand that there are no shows, and that people take up time being wishy washy, but I was there, and I had called, no effort at customer service at all. Since you have to register your payment to make the appointment, I had no choice but to pay the fee, mind you I understand how these policies can be and would have paid regardless because I did know that’s how it was. HOWEVER Nails had no interest in working with us, therefore all we could do is leave and find someone else to do the piercing.

I scheduled a nose piercing via the Bonaroo website. First, that I can schedule an appointment without having to call is fantastic. I just selected a time that worked with my busy schedule. Second, I arrived, and Dylan was waiting for me. He was friendly without being fake, professional, and took the time to see to my comfort. Being a newbie, Dylan was very patient with me and explained the process during each step. He even consulted with me on the piercing despite the fact I did not set up a consultation. Dylan is amazing! If I ever decide to get another piercing, I will go back to him.

I just got my third ear lobe piercings done by Dylan, and he did an amazing job! The placement is perfect and it looks beautiful. He spent time making sure everything looked good and explained everything I needed to know perfectly. I would recommend him to everyone I know for piercings. He makes you feel very comfortable and prepared and is very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much Dylan! I will be back soon for my next piercings. 😊
