I went in with a piercing issue on a piercing that was done at another shop. Everyone was super nice, listened, and made sure I was well informed on what was happening and how to correct it. Tava examined the peiricing , cleaned it and gave a few instructions to help fight off a possible infection. Also setting up another visit back to check back on progress or possible next step for my healing process. They were so helpful that I won't be going back to the shop who did the previous work. Tava and other staff have my business from now on.

One of the artist didn't seem interested in doing the job (his demeanor) when asked his availability. Which was a definite turn off for us. 🤷♀️
