Just got my navel pierced not even an hour ago by Tava. She was clean, quick, and super welcoming. As soon as i walked in i felt so welcome and at ease. Crystal was super helpful while helping fill out forms and just made me and my mother feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. 10000/10000

I went to get 3 conch piercings, didn't have enough to eat so I almost passed out on the second one. Kristi took such good care of me to help me get back to homeostasis. Gave me a coupon and told me to come back when I was feeling better and swelling went down. They really take care of you there. Only place I'll go to get pierced

Great service, love Tava for all she's done, and otherwise awesome staff. Piercings have all been great when done by her, but one staff worker with brown hair (don't know her name) has never shown where she put the dot, and piercings have been in wonky places. She doesn't put the ball on all the way, and it falls off halfway back home. Otherwise I love this place, very solid.

I didn’t feel welcome. Tava did the piercing and did a good job but had a terrible attitude initially, and acted like I was inconveniencing her. They were overpriced. Customer service could use a lot of work. The whole operation was extremely pretentious.

The young lady that did my wifes nose piercing was so nice and professional. The shop was extremely clean and organized. And the artwork on display is amazing. Highly recommend! Definitely worth the drive for us, will be back!

Went in for a nose piercing for my daughter. Tava was our piercer and she was fantastic! She covered all the things to do and especially what not to do. She walked us through the entire process and if I were to get a piercing I would go see her.

Absolutely will not go anywhere else. Tava has done my past 5 piercings and I refuse to use anyone else. I live nowhere near Pelham but she is so professional, clean, and precise. 100% recommend her if you've never been pierced or have been 100 times. You will not be disappointed.
