We showed up to get my daughter’s ears pierced after scheduling an appointment weeks prior. When we arrived, no one seemed to know where the piercer was or that we had an appointment. I was given a card and said I could try to call her. After calling, she said she had left early, but we had not received any text or phone calls to cancel the appointment prior. She asked if we could reschedule, but unfortunately it was my daughter’s birthday and she was looking forward to having her ears pierced for the first time. Luckily we were able to go somewhere else, but we were very disappointed since we had heard great things about this place.
