1 star to the owner for usually being responsive and around, 1 star for the young apprentice, He was helpful(give raise). (First red flag no waiting list, they dont ask your name or take number) Walked in. Wait time 1 hour forsure, I waited 2hours. Left after creepy employee tried their hardest not to help with a quick question about whos up next. Just my experience. I think a waiting list would at least give the customers the illusion that they are being helped.
