The store is super clean, organized and aesthetic. Samantha was so sweet and professional! I got a simple nose piercing and it was quick and easy. Just a quick pinch and the pain was gone afterwards. They took great care of me and made me feel comfortable and confident. 100% would recommend getting pierced by them!

I had been looking for someone to switch out my nose piercing after it healed with no luck. They had such a good verity of jewelry, and Mel made me feel so calm (I get anxious very easily) she was knowledgeable and very sweet. The front desk lady was super sweet too! definitely will be back

I took my 2 daughters to get their ears pierced. Mel was amazing, she answered their million questions, made them feel at ease and even kept talking about how kind, nice and sweet she was after we left. She also reopened 7 of my piercings and I barely felt it! She gave us her card with her personal info for any issues or questions. Thank you so much Mel!
