I went to Frank to get my shears tatt, And I could not be happier with how they turned out! He has such attention to detail you can tell he really takes pride in his craft! How he keeps a conversation while putting this much attention in to detail i dont understand, but im glad he can! 10/10 would recommend! I'll be back for sure!
