This is by far the best shop I’ve come across. They are by appointment only right now but Braden was incredibly responsive and helpful. I was able to get in to see him the next day. I have a piercing I had done in Seattle that I was having trouble with. Braden was able to remove the jewelry with literally no pain or discomfort at all and replace it. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

What an amazing shop! Nash squeezed my appointment before he left for the day. He was so kind and gentle. I could most definitely tell he cared about my tattoo and me the whole time. He did better work than some very experienced professionals! His line work is AMAZING! I was absolutely shocked when he said he was an apprentice. He has some serious talent and I can’t wait to see what he achieves farther in his career. He showed me that he is more about quality vs quantity. I will most definitely be coming back to him. The shop was completely spotless. The staff was extremely friendly. When I left all of them thanked me for coming in. If you’re looking for quality work, professional, friendly, and a welcoming shop Hearts and Hands is your place! 12/10 recommend!

My girls (10&7) decided they wanted their ears pierced, so I took them to Hearts and Hands because of all the great reviews I'd been reading. Braden and Gavin were the best! They were so laid back and friendly, explaining things step by step to my girls as they were working to help ease their nerves. They were thorough and very clean throughout the whole process. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience and a quality piercing.

Jaysha did a great job on my septum piercing! she was super quick and made me feel really comfortable! i was very nervous going in after having a bad experience with a septum piercing at a different shop but she really calmed my nerves :))

I got my ears pierced here with Braden. He was great to explain how it worked and give suggestions on best placement. He has been doing it for awhile and has gone to trainings for it. So he was very professional as well as very friendly. I had questions later on and he was so quick to help me out. The shop is very clean and has a fun flair to it. Definitely recommend.
