Arlene took care of me for my first tattoos and i loved every minute of it. Everything from design to cleanliness was thought through and she made sure every part was up to my standards and what i wanted. Carlos was great too and very personable. If youre looking for a shop that will be real and upfront about getting the best, lasting tattoo this is a great place.

I was able to make an appointment same day which is awesome especially with whats going on now. So definite kudos there. They were great to talk with but by the way they claimed they were rated top shop in salt lake the actual work that was done wasn't really up to expectation, its like they were hurrying through it and just doing good enough. They didn't wrap or talk about aftercare for the tattoo, they just sent me on my way. Will not be back unfortunately, gonna need to have a couple lines fixed at another shop instead.

My boyfriend and I wanted to get matching tattoos before my trip was over. We came with an image from the sky that we took during our trip. Image was blurry and not easy to really see. Carlos and Arlene did a great job drawing out what we wanted. They are both we nice and professional as well. We both are very pleased with out tattoos and highly recommend this shop to others.

It was not easy to find but I can easily overlook that. I got a piercings there because it had good reviews but I did not have a good experience. There is no selection of jewelry. You have 1 option. The guy was trying to tell me that a cartilage piercings was the same as a ear lobe piercings. It's not. The form I filled out was for a tattoo, which I wasn't getting. It wasn't very professional. There were no aftercare instructions given really other than some ointment. I've had piercings done at other places and so I knew what to expect but this was no where near other piercing places. Don't offer piercings if you aren't really set up for it or do it. It was kind of pricey too for such low quality or no jewelry selection.
