My Pride Tattoo

I took my daughter in for a helix piercing and it was a great experience. We loved Kel because she was so professional and kind. She did an awesome job and we’ll definitely go back for more piercings from her.

It was such a great experience having Brandon, and old family friend, give me my first tattoos. He's patient and does great work. I felt very welcome in the shop and was very satisfied with how timely he returned sketches to me. He made both of my visions come to life perfectly. He's got a diverse style and I'd recommend him to anyone looking to get a tat. Thanks again Brandon, until my next impulsive tattoo idea!

I had a great time here getting a tattoo with Brandon! he made a fantastic design that I was ecstatic to leave with. Brandon made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the pain and made sure I was completely satisfied with the design, placement, and size before we started. very impressed, if I get another tattoo I know who I'm coming to! :)

Brandon gave me my first tattoo, and I could not be happier with it. He’s a phenomenal human with such a kind heart, which means a lot to me, because the tattoo has a lot of deep meaning to it. It was an honor to have someone that shares similar beliefs to life and also that just has a very good energy give me the tattoo. Not to mention he’s a master of the craft. He’s worth more than he charges and he’s made me consider even working on a sleeve with him because he’s so good at what he does. 15/10 recommend him.

Frankie is absolutely wonderful! He’s helpful, kind, and professional. My skin had an immediate swelling reaction from the first piercing, which caused some difficulty in finishing the other piercings. I had to come back to finish everything, but Frankie comped that piercing for me. It’s been 3 months and I’ve had no problems with infection. Tip: don’t wear a mask if you’re getting your ears pierced. It makes it much more difficult.

Updated review: I needed to get my tattoo touched up because it had already started to fade quite a bit. I made an appointment with the owner, Frankie, and he said he’d do it for free and scheduled me. I drove up there at the time of my appointment and when I got there the guy at the front desk looked very confused. I was not in the schedule to be worked on, Frankie didn’t have any clients that day. He said he’d go and talk to Frankie to see if he could work on my tattoo. The guys at the front desk comes back 10ish minutes later and said “Frankie isn’t feeling good and can’t work on you today.” I asked when I could reschedule and he said it would be close to a month. I drove 15 miles to go to this “appointment” just to have him cancel and say he couldn’t do it. He never put me on the schedule and didn’t bother to tell me ahead of time. Super unprofessional. I ended up going to another tattoo artist in Provo who looked at my tattoo and said that it was horribly done. Luckily he was able to fix it. He told me that he has heard some not great things from My Pride. I would stay away from here at all costs.

Original review: I got my first tattoo here last week by Nicki. She was incredibly professional, an amazing tattoo artist, as well as an amazing human being. She was super personable, and very very attentive to myself as well as the tattoo. She made sure countless times that I like the progress of the tattoo, because she knew how important it was to me. I am incredibly impressed with the work that she did and I will definitely be returning! The shop itself is very clean, very professional, and very inviting. The rest of the staff are very nice and professional. They give you free tattoo aftercare, which is pretty cool. Also as an FYI, if you pay with cash you can usually get a discount on your tattoo. I definitely give this place my stamp of approval and would highly recommend this place to anybody looking to either get a very intricate tattoo or even your first tattoo, like myself!

I flew all the way from NYC to get tattooed by Brandon. Before actually getting started he made sure his area was clean and disinfected. Everything about my experience was wonderful. He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable at all times. My tattoos came out AMAZING! I will definitely be returning to get tattooed by him in the future.

I had a walk-in appointment with Doug and he did an amazing job. He's super cool and made me feel comfortable. Most importantly, he did a great job on my tattoo and it looks great. Would 100% recommend.

It was a very friendly environment. I am 17 and only needed a parent there with ID. Other places have wanted me to bring my birth certificate which is a hassle. They stay open late which was also great. The piercer explained the process and told me how to keep it clean. It was very fast. It did hurt a lot but I am excited to get healed and bring my own jewelry as they will sterilize and put it in for FREE! It did cost about $70. Which seems like a lot but I don’t know how much a industrial piercing should cost. Would gladly go there again!

Great place to come for ear piercings. Brought my 6-year-old and the staff were great. The only downside is some of the art and music aren't terribly kid-friendly. I don't necessarily fault them for that, just something worth knowing beforehand.
