I’ve gone to Mack’s twice now in the last few years, and they’ve taken great care of me both times! I had both daith ear piercings done (the ones for headaches) and a super cute nose piercing. Everyone was super friendly, professional. The place is clean and well lit. Well organized, and things are run smoothly! Super impressed with this little shop and will most definitely return here for more services in the future! Thanks guys!

I got my tongue pierced at Mack’s tattoos. She pierced it from the bottom which I initially thought was odd but I figured she knew what she was doing. Once I got home I realized my piercing was very crooked like it looked like it had been pierced at an angle. I’m very upset considering I paid for it to be done properly. I would not recommend coming here because it seems like they don’t really care about doing things the right way. Cleanliness was good and everything in that sense but overall, I’m not satisfied!

I absolutely love coming here! Josué is my tattoo artist and he does amazing! Everyone else is amazing as well! They all make sure that everything is clean, they will show you that everything is clean too. Everyone is very friendly and there is never a dull moment there, there is always laughs. They make you feel like you’re at home and will reassure you that you feel welcome. They always have everything ready to go, you walk in sign papers then get started. They take their time so everything is precise! Pricing is also amazing too. They always have fair prices for anything you want at the shop. They will also customize what you want to fit your budget but makes sure that it’s what you want and that you’re in love with it.

I went here to get a rook peircing in both ears. When we got there, they were busy with a tattoo, which is fine, so she had us leave our number so she could call us when they were done. Well, they never called back. Not even a text or anything. Its fine that they were busy but it would have been nice to get a text or call that aksed if we could come back the next day or somthing. Really disappointed because everyone said go to macks they are amazing.
