Sir Dapper Tattoos

I have used this shop in past back when they were on the loop for a cover up and they did an amazing job. So when my wife decided she wanted a tattoo I told her Sir Dappers is the place to go. Her first appointment she had to reschedule due to getting sick, but it was supposed to be for today at 12:30pm.
We showed up a little early for the appointment and the doors were locked. It was a little annoying because their website says they open at noon. No big deal we were early. So the appointment time came and left and finally at 12:45pm someone arrived to unlock the door. We went inside and after a couple minutes was greeted. We explained our appointment time. They looked and it wasn't even written on the board, but apparently the artist had it on his person board at least. We were told to fall the artist yet we were never given a number. Tried calling the main line multiple times with no answer and no voice-mail is set up. Person at the shop finally gave us his number and we sent them a message and waited. Finally, at 1:05pm we gave up and left. So my wife and I who are both getting tattoos have now scheduled with another shop in town that was actually there, answered their phone, and overall seemed more professional.
Kicker to this story is the artist finally tried reaching out to my wife and gave his excuse. The "great" excuse he had was "I was moving a couch". Seems like a good reason to miss a scheduled appointment.
For years I have been recommending people to go to Sir Dappers and now I will send them elsewhere.

Update!

Originally, yes we reached out on a Sunday evening for an appointment and received an immediate response that there was a slot the next day. Unfortunately we fell ill and we had to reschedule for 4 days later. No one mentioned anything about a deposit to hold the spot and the artist had it written on his appointment board. Either way we are taking our buisness elsewhere and will be referring friends there also. The professionalism of the owners response speaks volume.

Just received my first tattoo tonight at the age of 34 and this was my second visit to the shop after being told about the business. I felt that the business was very laid back. I was greeted quickly by the front desk girl who was nice and what I LOVED about the staff was they were like me and knew no strangers!!! “AMAZING”! I was there for my first tattoo which was going to be an Old English C for the upper shoulder most side and was done in I’d say in less than 90 minutes. The back room was INCREDIBLY CLEAN and the music was laid back with nice rock. When I was finished and cleaned by the staff and they also gave me instructions on how to tend to my tattoo I tipped my artist give thanks to my artist and am now probably becoming addicted!!! AWESOME EXPERIENCE TONIGHT!!!!

Love love love this place! My sister and I went in for our first (and very spur of the moment) tattoos. The owner and artists were so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. The shop itself is made into a very comfortable environment so you feel relaxed and at ease the entire time. Everyone was so professional and were patient with all of our questions and requests. Even though both of us got very small tattoos, we couldn’t be more happy with the way they both turned out. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a tattoo.

I LOVED THIS PLACE! Myself and about 8 other girls went to this shop and had a great experience! The shop owner was funny and light hearted and made us all feel very welcome and comfortable! She was awesome! I wish I knew the three artists that worked on us too because they were all AMAZING (guy with horns tatted on his head, skinny dude with a bun and gauges, and another buff dude that looks like he should probably be a ufc fighter). They moved through everyone very quickly but made sure everyone felt comfortable and was happy with what they received! HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone!!

Went in with my fiancé, we couldn’t be happier. Fair prices, and excellent work. All the guys in the shop make you feel welcome and make the time go quick with good conversation from start to finish! Cody did an awesome job and works with you on the fly, even on the smallest tweaks, to get your tattoo to your vision.

My husband and I had an awesome experience here! We went on a Monday, so there was no appointment needed, but we did contact the shop ahead of time to talk about what we'd like to have done. Cody did my tattoo and Cory did my husband's. They both did an awesome job. Cody kept me calm by playing funny music (serving the dual purpose of his own enjoyment and helped me not think about the hour of detailed, painstaking lines).

I arrived about 5 pm asking about tattoos for my daughter and I. Numerous people just hanging out on the couches. A young woman who was obviously high got up off the couch and greeted us. Some other person came out of the back area where I could see more people hanging out, and we were told that our simple tattoos could not be done before they close at 8 pm and we had to come back with an appointment. We were qouted about $300 dollars for infinity loops. Since it was obvious our business was not wanted, we left without making an appointment. We ended up at Lost Boys, who welcomed us and by 6:45 we were headed out their door with our tattoos at half the cost. While were were there 2 people got piercings, and 3 more were lined up and getting their tattoo. Don't waste your time and money with Sir Dapper, they really don't want your business.

the man who pierced me was so sweet and very friendly. the environment was beyond welcoming and very clean. its a great place to at least get pierced and i will definitely be back!

I have been researching tattoo shops around here for a while and I am so thankful I chose Sir dapper. I wanted a small one to commemorate mine and my husband's marriage of 15 years and then I wanted another that represents me overcoming something that nearly broke me but didn't, I overcame it and everyday it's a struggle but I still continue to put the work in. But this tattoo had to be perfect it had to capture what I wanted and CODY did this he captured exactly what I wanted and he was so passionate about his art and so professional. He was so considerate of the tattoo I wanted and he took his time, when he asked about what the story was behind the tattoo he didn't dig he just listened. He played great music and introduced me to an artist I never heard of Tom Waits, and now I'm a fan :). I cannot begin to express how pleased and happy I am over my tattoos and how great Cody was from the consultation, drawing the tattoos up, and then the final product. I will definitely be going back for any new work I want.
