The shop is really well put together and clean. All the artists are friendly and highly skilled in the craft. I personally have been tattooed my Eddie, really great artist and his traditional work is unmatched. Ask for Eddie if you come in he will give you a great deal!

Custom ink by far is a great place to get your tattoo done at! Especially by Jay! I'm in the military and I got told by many people to go to custom ink. I got my thigh done with Jay and he kept a total professional manner. I Recommend everyone and ladies to go to him! I'm one of his loyal customers and still getting my entire leg done by him! His work is amazing, he takes his time, makes sure everything you want is the way you want it and where exactly to put your tattoo, My time with him was amazing, he kept it totally professional, and doesn't over charge you for bullshit like many other tattoo shops in San Antonio Texas! I even took my time to look at most of the shops here and I didn't like them because many of them were very rude when I walked in as a lady. Custom ink's service is phenomenal and I love all the guys in there! They are beyond friendly and welcoming to anyone! They are very professional, extremely clean they even open up the new needles right In front of you to show how clean and safe they really are for your care. Everyone go to custom ink! You will not regret it! All the others are haters!

I've been going to custom ink for all of my piercings since I was 18, so when I finally got enough courage to get my first tattoo, that's where I decided to go. I met with Jay and told him what I wanted and where. Since it was my first tattoo, I was really nervous but Jay made my first experience a pleasant one and my tattoo came out great! He did such a good job that I decided to come back to him for another. This one was a sternum tattoo so I was even MORE nervous than the first time. Because of the location I was obviously exposed, but Jay was extremely professional the entire time and it came out exactly how I wanted it! HIGHLY recommend Jay if you're looking for a great, laid back and professional tattoo artist!

The most painful nose piercing, it's cute but she prolonged it and it bled more than any piercing I ever had. Oso had a
Good vibe though that's the only reason it gets 2 stars instead of one.

I went in September to get my belly pierced and 4 months later it's not healing right its growing out instead of the right way. He gave me a stomach piercing and didn't do it deep enough and now I have to take it out and get it re-peirced

My friend and I went by Custom Tattoo to get some private piercings. Pat was great! A very chill guy, who made us both feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend him 💯😊

This place and its artist are awesome! They are always welcoming regardless of the time you walk in. They are fairly priced, and really vibe well with people. Eddie did one for my nephew and it was awesome! I recommend this place if you want to get an arm and a leg tattooed and not pay an arm and a leg!

Got a helix piercing here, they were friendly and quick, though the backs of both mine and my friend’s piercings came off on their own after a week or so. The post is really long. But it is about a month into healing now and looks great!
