Kayla was awesome. She was professional, and she took time to make sure my piercings were done well. She also went into detail with me on how to properly care for my piercings and was very kind. The receptionist was also very nice and professional.

TERRIBLE, When Jen came out. She basically told me that since it was summer i could not swim with a nose piercing which I knew and was perfectly fine with. So when I said that she gave me the worst attitude and told me to let her talk. Bad attitude that seemed as if she didn’t want to do her job.

Jen is absolutely amazing at her job! She goes over every little thing you need to know about the aftercare of your piercings and she is so quick with the piercing itself. Every time I have been to the shop it is ALWAYS so clean and a great environment all around. Definitely recommend!!

The artist here are awesome. My husband and I got our first tattoos here done by Cody and they turned out amazing! He was very patient with me really took his time to make our tattoos amazing. Each artist has their room set up differently they all have their own unique style. I love it would definitely recommend people to check this place out!
I got ohana with a 8 birds on my collar bone for about 100 and he got a beautiful flower with a few words on top (on his forearm) for about 180 - totally worth the price we love are tattoos so much!

The place was immensely clean! The workers all had masks on and were very attentive, Jen was a rockstar! It was my first time getting a piercing and we instantly clicked. She moves fast and takes time to make sure that the client understands everything they’re getting into.

I love luckyhand soooo much. I got my first tattoo there and now I won’t go to any other place. I had Cody and he was really cool and talked me through my tattoos and distracted me from the pain. There prices are also very reasonable and for good quality tattoos. I also love how each artist has their own room so it makes the experience more personal and private. I also love Jen the piercer. She is a huge sweetheart and knows exactly what she’s doing. Overall 10/10 and I will definitely keep coming.
