I went to the smoke shop on Wednesday March 17th.
Candice, Jordan and the new guy were all working. They were all 3 behind the counter.
Candice was with a customer, the new guy was shadowing Candice for training and Jordan was just standing there.
I went to the counter and Jordan never offered to assist me .
I had to stand there and wait for Candice to get through with her customer and then help me.
Candice has some very good customer service skills but as for Jordon, he is lacking !!

They have a wide selection and a knowledgeable staff. I've been requesting a coffee vape fluid and they not only remembered to oder me some but remembered what I settled for the last time I was there. I was impressed as I'm only in there once a month at most. Great customer service.

Do not buy from the store I bought a 1ml of liquid gold and opened it as I am leaving the store i noticed the liquid was very dark like dark brown so I turned around to exchange it and the guy said “ just so you know we don’t do that this and it will be the last time.” Really so I buy a product from your store and it turns out to be bad and I’m stuck with it...? I don’t think so! I have been buying CBD for a very long time and anytime I have had an issue with any of the products, which this is the first time that I have ever had an issue with the consistency of the liquid, every store was welcomed me back and taken the exchange no problem or shall I say with no “warnings”. I told the guy don’t worry this is the first and last time I’ll ever buy from here! And as I sit here and vape on the exchange yeah it seems like they are the fake version! DO NOT WASTE YOUT MONEY!!!! Try Vaporizit!!!! Their bottles are way cheaper and real!

Worst shop ever i stopped by went to the smoothie place next door and after ordering i was suppose to go to there store get more vape juice. I did not even get to do that before they called the tow company to tow me. Worst management decision. His customers park in front of the smoothie place and no one tells them anything. You better of driving to Kingwood better shops and great service

They are way overpriced on there juice. I have been basing along time and like to try different stores but will not go back there didn’t even buy because prices are to high. They are also separating the bottles and selling individual that are supposed to be sold as a pair
