Called to see if they would help my daughter change her nose ring for the first time. Lady on phone was nice and explained what they would do. When I asked if she needed documents (I needed them to get her nose pierced bc she's a minor) to be able to help us, she asked her age....14. She then sneered at me and said "kinda young to be letting her do that don't you think?" Ummmm....I didn't ask your opinion about MY daughter's age. I simply needed to know if I needed to bring documents with me. Needless to say, we will find another shop with less judgemental employees.

I’m in the process of getting a sleeve started with Richard. Nothing but good things to say about him, he’s professional, punctual, clean and makes sure everything is exactly what you want. I highly, highly recommend him!! The facility itself is also super clean and has a great atmosphere.

Definitely recommend UpRock if you’re looking to get a piercing! I walked in on Friday 3/12 looking to get my septum pierced but I was still a little bit nervous before doing it. Sonny was great and really made me feel comfortable about the whole process. Aftercare instructions were informative and they answered all my questions. Ten out of ten would recommend!

Sonny is a life saver. I had my nose pierced at a different business, and it was a nightmare! I was able to get in immediately with Sonny who was very experienced and compassionate. He took care of me immediately and with the most friendly attitude. Don’t waste your time anywhere else, Uprock is the place to go!
